一种新型保温外墙，其特征是：包括上、下梁，在上、下梁之间设置墙板组成的墙体；墙板组成的墙体有内、外墙板层，内、外墙板层之间设置保温层。
保温层是空气间隔层或保温材料填充层。外墙板突出在上、下梁的外侧，在上、下梁的外侧设置保温材料层，保温材料层的外表面与外墙板的外表面平齐。上、下梁外侧设置的保温材料层厚度为20～30mm。
本实用新型结构合理，保温性能好，节能率达50％以上，保温材料使用量少，且施工方便，性价比高。

3、根据权利要求1或2所述的新型保温外墙，其特征是：外墙板突出在上、下梁的外侧，在上、下梁的外侧设置保温材料层，保温材料层的外表面与外墙板的外表面平齐。
4、根据权利要求3所述的新型保温外墙，其特征是：上、下梁外侧设置的保温材料层厚度为20～30mm。
