背景技术
现有炉壁的保温层结构见图1,内炉壁1、外炉壁5,内炉壁1和外炉壁5之间设置有内保温层2、外保温层4,内保温层2和外保温层4均为硅酸铝棉层,内保温层2和外保温层4之间设置有空气隔热层3。这种保温层结构的缺点是:其可以满足对保温效果和保温稳定性要求不高的场合,但是对保温的稳定性和需要长时间保温的场合,难以满足

针对现有技术的不足之处,本实用新型提供了一种炉壁的保温层结构,其能够保证保温效果的稳定性,并且保温时间长,能够满足不同保温场合的需求。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括内炉壁、外炉壁,在所述内炉壁和外炉壁之间设置有内保温层、外保温层,所述内保温层、外保温层均为硅酸铝棉层,所述内保温层和外保温层之间设置有空气隔热层,其特征在于:所述硅酸铝棉层设置有多层,最外层的所述硅酸铝棉层分别紧靠所述内炉壁、外炉壁,所述空气隔热层设置有多层,相邻的所述硅酸铝棉层之间为所述空气隔热层。
本实用新型采用上述结构之后,多层的空气隔热层和多层的硅酸铝棉层间隔布置,能够确保整个保温层的稳定性和耐久性。
