背景技术
现有的保温型材通常为平板状,当用于包裹管路时,内层收缩,外层扩张,造成内紧外松，产生应力,而且包裹费力,不容易与管壁紧密贴紧,影响保温效果，并且整体为实体，因此保温效果相对较差。
发明内容
为了利用空气增加保温效果，本实用新型提供了设有气囊腔的保温型材。该型材通过在保温型材上等距相隔设有沟槽和条柱，通过沟槽形成气囊腔，解决提高保温性能的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是：在延展的平直保温型材体上间隔设有沟槽，沟槽两侧相距设有条柱。
积极效果，由于本实用新型在保温型材上设有沟槽，当型材卷曲时，沟槽形成封闭的间隔排列的气囊腔，因此提高了保温型材的保温性能和强度。适宜作为管路保温材料应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示，在延展的平直保温型材体1上间隔设有沟槽1.1，沟槽两侧相距设有条柱1.2。
在保温型材体卷曲状态时，沟槽闭合，形成连贯排列的气囊腔。
本实用新型的特点：
当保温型材卷曲在管路外壁上时，沟槽上口闭合，闭合的沟槽内形成间隔排列的气囊腔，由于气囊腔内充有空气，空气的导热系数低，所以连同保温型材体和气囊腔形成复合结构的保温型材。所述保温型材体为软态，具有弯曲性能，通常为保温毡。
由于在保温型材体内设有沟槽和条柱，增加了结构面，所以还有增强作用。
