本实用新型涉及一种电力机车车顶用复合绝缘穿墙套管。
                        背景技术
电力机车上的绝缘穿墙套管由套管本体3、装配盖4组成,套管本体3内有内芯铜棒1,外有带裙的套管本体3为瓷件,装配盖4为金属件,两者用水泥胶装在一起。其不仅笨重、易放电,而且电力机车在不同的大气环境和气候条件下运行,车顶上的绝缘瓷套管遭受到各种污染,如煤烟、油烟、化工污染、大雾、覆冰、积雪、小雨、灰尘及油污等的污染。绝缘套管被覆一层污秽物,污秽物在绝缘套管的表面形成电通路,使得绝缘套管的绝缘性能大大降低,发生闪络,给机车的安全运行造成了严重的威胁。
现设计出的《一种硅橡胶复合绝缘穿墙套管》(专利号99233781),由导管体、金属管、载流体、接线端子、均压器、增爬器组成,导管体为多层结构,最外层为硅橡胶合成绝缘层,中间层为电容均压层,内层为半导体隔离层,最内层为金属管,在导管体的两端设有均压器,载流体穿过金属管与接线端子相连。《一种合成绝缘穿墙套管》(专利号93229490),由外护套、电容芯子、导杆组成,电容芯子是由全塑性绝缘材料构成的绝缘层和位于绝缘层内的极板构成,导杆、电容芯子、外护套三者之间为紧密配合结构。没有解决重量、防污问题。
                         发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种重量轻、安装方便、安全可靠、污耐受电压值高的复合绝缘穿墙套管。
本实用新型目的的实现方式为,复合绝缘穿墙套管,由套管本体3、装配盖4组成,套管本体3内有内芯铜棒1,外有伞裙2,用绝缘材料制成的穿墙套管本体3的中端与用有机复合绝缘材料制成的装配盖4胶装在一起,装配盖4上表面包覆一片防污增爬裙5,装配盖4下带预埋螺栓7的安装环6。
本实用新型设计合理,套管本体3、装配盖4用绝缘材料制成,重量轻、安装方便,装配盖4上表面包覆一片防污增爬裙5,安全可靠。本实用新型在严重污秽环境中,污耐受电压比瓷套管提高一倍以上,可确保机车在严重污秽环境中安全运行。

                        具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型由套管本体3、装配盖4组成,套管本体3内有内芯铜棒1,外有伞裙2,用绝缘材料制成的穿墙套管本体3的中端与用有机复合绝缘材料制成的装配盖4压铸在一起。装配盖4由玻纤环氧树脂或增强塑料制成,套管本体3由玻纤增强环氧树脂管、硅橡胶硅橡胶或乙丙橡胶制成。
装配盖4上表面包覆一片防污增爬裙5,以增加爬电距离和电弧距离,并保护装配盖不受紫外线照射。
装配盖4下带预埋螺栓7的CT线圈安装环6,安装环6直径为430±20mm,高度为70±10mm。安装环上预埋8个M12螺栓7,用以安装CT的线圈。防污增爬裙5由硅橡胶制成。

1、复合绝缘穿墙套管,由套管本体(3)、装配盖(4)组成,套管本体(3)内有内芯铜棒(1),外有伞裙(2),其特征在于用绝缘材料制成的穿墙套管本体(3)的中端与用有机复合绝缘材料制成的装配盖(4)胶装在一起,装配盖(4)上表面包覆一片防污增爬裙(5),装配盖(4)下带预埋螺栓(7)的安装环(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合绝缘穿墙套管,其特征在于装配盖(4)由玻纤环氧树脂或增强塑料制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的复合绝缘穿墙套管,其特征在于防污增爬裙(5)由硅橡胶制成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的复合绝缘穿墙套管,其特征在于套管本体(3)由玻纤增强环氧树脂管、硅橡胶或乙丙橡胶制成。
