本实用新型公开一种电热地膜供暖设施,铺设在地面,室温可调,运行安全可靠,节能环保,舒适度高,防水绝缘,铺装简单方便,与土建不交叉,可与装修同步进行,完全不占用室内空间。本实用新型是由多个电热膜单元1,温控器4,接线盒2和T型线3组成,所述的电热膜单元是将特制的导电油墨印制在聚酯薄膜上经热压复合,外层用PVC材料密封而成的电热单元,电热单元汇流条和接地带,经接线卡与T型线3的三线连接,每个电热单元的电源线经接线盒2与防水T型线3相连接,接线盒2充填绝缘固化物,绝缘固化物可以是环氧树脂、固化剂、双飞粉混合物。在外电路5与T形线3之间连接温控器4。

技术背景:
电取暖是现代最先进的取暖方式,明显优于管网取暖,具有投资少,维护简单,控温容易的优点,但是目前电取暖除各种可移动的电暖装置外,其非移动的电暖装置是采取膜片结构,电热膜固定在墙壁和天棚上,这种取暖也给装饰造成不便,而天棚取暖使室内上部温度较高,感觉不适。
发明内容:
本实用新型目的是提供一种安全可靠、铺装简单方便、不占用室内空间的电热地膜供暖设施。
本实用新型是由多个电热膜单元1,温控器4,接线盒2和T型线3组成,所述的电热膜单元是将特制的导电油墨印制在聚脂薄膜上经热压复合,外层用PVC材料密封而成的电热单元,电热单元汇流条和接地带,经接线卡与T型线3的三线连接,每个电热单元的电源线经接线盒2与防水T型线3相连接,接线盒2充填绝缘固化物,绝缘固化物可以是环氧树脂、固化剂、双飞粉混合物。在外电路5与T形线3之间连接温控器4。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型是将特制的导电油墨印制在聚脂薄膜上,经热压复合,外层加PVC绝缘套密封,增加接地线和接地导电带,导电部分全部被绝缘体绝缘,从进线到电热膜,其安全性好,施工后铺设在地面,使用寿命长,可自地面由上而下均匀向室内传递热量,地面温度均匀,室温自上而下逐渐递减,舒适度好,空气对流减弱,有较好的空气洁净度,防水绝缘性优良,安全,免维护。
本实用新型是一种现代高科技供暖设施。其安装方法如下:
铺装隔热材料;按平面布置图铺设电热地膜;将导线接入接线盒用螺丝锁紧;按比例将环氧树脂、固化剂、双飞粉混合均匀后,填满接线盒,压盖并用透明胶带将盒盖固定;用兆欧表测试后通电测试;直接做水泥抹面,做完后立即用兆欧表进行漏电检查,当水泥层达到规定强度后铺设地砖或地热专用地板通电测试。

1.一种电热地膜供暖设施,是由多个电热膜单元(1),温控器(4),接线盒(2)和T型线(3)组成,所述的电热膜单元是将特制的导电油墨印制在聚脂薄膜上经热压复合,外层用PVC材料密封而成的电热单元,其特征在于:电热单元汇流条和接地带,经接线卡与T型线(3)的三线连接,每个电热单元的电源线经接线盒(2)与防水T型线(3)相连接,接线盒(2)充填绝缘固化物,在外电路(5)与T形线(3)之间连接温控器(4)。
