本发明涉及一种电热地膜采暖装置。本发明的组成包括:采用插接式防水接头( 7 )连接的一组电热膜片( 11 ),电热膜片连接温控器( 9 ),温控器连接供电电源( 10 ),电热膜片为防漏电防辐射的电热地膜片,电热膜片由两层或者两层以上的聚脂薄膜( 1 )粘合而成,在粘合面上两侧边沿处有通过银浆连接的铜导电极( 2 ),两侧的导电极分别连接导线( 3 ),两侧的导电极之间连接均匀的印刷分布的油墨导电条( 4 ),聚脂薄膜外面两侧分别具有导电铝箔带( 5 ),导电铝箔带连接零线电极,导线上装有温控器,温控器有连接到温度控制中心的连接线,导电铝箔带外侧具有 PE 封套( 6 ), PE 封套外侧具有 PVC 保护封套( 8 )。本产品用于室内电热取暖。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种建筑物内取暖设施,具体涉及一种电热地膜采暖装置。
背景技术:
目前建筑物室内取暖主要是采用水、汽取暖和电力取暖两大类,而水、汽取暖需要在室内外铺设供热管路和采暖锅炉等设备,一次性投入较大,需要常年维修维护,采暖效果不易控制,计量困难,不利于节能环保。电热膜采暖明显优于传统取暖方式,具有投资少,维护简单,自主控温,计量方便且利于节能等诸多优势。但以往电热膜取暖大多安装于棚顶和墙壁,难于埋入水泥地面下,因为这种安装方式需要解决诸多技术及安全问题,如材料老化,电热膜漏电、绝缘、防水、电磁辐射等。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种电热地膜采暖装置,具有很好的防漏电、高绝缘、防水防潮、防电磁辐射性能。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
电热地膜采暖装置,其组成包括:采用插接式防水接头连接的一组电热膜片,所述的电热膜片连接温控器,所述的温控器连接供电电源,所述的电热膜片为防漏电防辐射的电热地膜片,所述的电热膜片由两层或者两层以上的聚脂薄膜粘合而成,在粘合面上两侧边沿处有通过银浆连接的铜导电极,所述的两侧的导电极分别连接导线,所述的两侧的导电极之间连接均匀的印刷分布的油墨导电条,所述的聚脂薄膜外面两侧分别具有导电铝箔带,所述的导电铝箔带连接零线电极,所述的导线上装有温控器,所述的温控器有连接到温度控制中心的连接线,所述的导电铝箔带外侧具有PE封套,所述的PE封套外侧具有PVC保护封套,所述的电热膜所产生的远红外热射线的主流波在8-14微米之间。
有益效果:
1、节能环保:电热地膜相对于天棚膜和墙膜更接近于人体,使得电热膜发出的热量得到充分有效利用;作为低温辐射电热膜其电热转换效率近100%,还有自主调温自动控制的功能,用电量易计量,节约归已,使用者易建立行为节能的意识,避免了不必要的浪费。
电热膜是直接将清洁能源电力转换为热能的采暖设施,充分体现出电热膜的环保性能。
2、舒适保健:电热地膜采暖符合人体对采暖的需要,足暖头凉,且为大面积低温辐射供热,使得地面温度较低且温度场均匀,与传统对流式的采暖方式相比,室内无热气流流动,会减少浮尘和空气干燥,使人感觉舒适。另外,电热膜所产生的远红外热射线的主流波在8-14微米之间,以9.5微米通量居多,这被认为是对人和植物生长最为有益的波段,也被形象地称为“生命之光”,所以其保健作用也显而易见。
3、适用范围:电热膜工作电源既可用交也适用直流电源,电源电压从90-300V,功率密度从每平方米160-320W,这些都为电热膜的应用提供了一个宽广的范围。
4、安全可靠:国外应用电热膜应有已有三、四十年的历史,但至今也仍局限安装于棚面或墙面,尚未有安装于水泥地面下的即电热地膜产品问世。电热地膜采暖是将电热膜埋于地面下,实现地面辐射采暖的功能,其技术关键在于防水、绝缘、防漏电、防电磁辐射等技术。因为地面在施工及使用过程中都会潮湿的问题,良好的防水和高强的绝缘是必须的;其二,因为是埋于地面下,电热膜与地面间会由于结构特性产生微弱电容,在交流电下,就会产生电流,该电流从电热膜导向地面,形成漏电电流,当然足够大时,会使供电系统的漏电保护器动作,而无法正常工作;其三,由于是电热地膜采暖其电热元件更靠近人体,防止电磁场辐射也须考虑其内。
本专利的电热地膜采用整体双重绝缘双重防水,安装有接地故障保护、漏电回收及防电磁辐射等措施。电热地膜采暖系统采用双重绝缘双重防水且附有漏电防护、电磁屏蔽等多项设计。其在防电击等级上达到国标Ⅱ类电器水平。电磁防护达到国标一级标准,在这种环境下长期居住、工作和生活的一切人群(包括婴儿、孕妇和老弱病残者),其健康不受影响。其防水等级超过国标IPX7;潮态绝缘电阻可达100MΩ以上。
5、安装方便:电热地膜,集成化高,在现场只需做简单的插头连接。这不仅简化了施工工艺,对施工人员也无需特别要求,这将大大提高施工效率并减少了人员成本。

1.一种电热地膜采暖装置,其组成包括:采用插接式防水接头连接的一组电热膜片,其特征是:所述的电热膜片连接温控器,所述的温控器连接供电电源,所述的电热膜片为防漏电防辐射的电热地膜片,所述的电热膜片由两层或者两层以上的聚脂薄膜粘合而成,在粘合面上两侧边沿处有通过银浆连接的铜导电极,所述的两侧的导电极分别连接导线,所述的两侧的导电极之间连接均匀的印刷分布的油墨导电条,所述的聚脂薄膜外面两侧分别具有导电铝箔带,所述的导电铝箔带连接零线电极,所述的导线上装有温控器,所述的温控器有连接到温度控制中心的连接线,所述的导电铝箔带外侧具有PE封套,所述的PE封套外侧具有PVC保护封套,所述的电热膜所产生的远红外热射线的主流波在8-14微米之间;
电热地膜的工作电源为交流电源或直流电源,电源电压90-300v,功率密度为每平方米160-320w,具有保健作用。
