本实用新型涉及一种转子,尤其涉及一种螺杆压缩机转子。
背景技术
螺杆压缩机中,转子的形状基本决定了螺杆压缩机的性能,目前世界上已有的有代表性的转子型线主要有:德国某公司的型线,瑞典某公司的型线,以及台湾、日本等公司的型线,这些型线选取不同的曲线及其组合,由于设计取向不同,应该说各有各的优缺点。但是,现有技术存在的共同缺点是:转子直径较小导致转速高,在实际应用中会出现噪声、振动大、刚性不足,从而影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的螺杆压缩机转子,其设计取向是:转子间完全实现“曲面对曲面”的密封,而不包含任何“曲线对曲线”的密封,有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率;改善转子的加工性能,便于采用磨削法加工,也更容易检验;大转子、低转速,以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命。对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物的敏感性小。
为克服现有技术的上述不足,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案,这种螺杆压缩机转子,包括阴转子、阳转子,阴转子和阳转子的双边非对称,组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,阴阳转子的齿数比为5∶4,阴阳转子之间具有间隙,其特征在于:以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.02-0.06mm,其实际型线坐标如下:

实施例:一种螺杆压缩机转子(参见图),它包括阴转子1、阳转子2,阴转子1和阳转子2的双边非对称,组成曲线均为圆弧或圆弧包络线,阴转子的齿数为5,阳转子的齿数为4,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.05mm,考虑到加工误差问题,间隙可放宽至0.02-0.06mm。
