发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的螺杆压缩机转子,其设计取向是:转子间完全实现“曲面对曲面”的密封,而不包含任何“曲线对曲线”的密封,有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率;改善转子的加工性能,便于采用磨削法加工,也更容易检验;大转子、低转速,以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命。对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物的敏感性小。

本实用新型与已有技术相比,由于采用了本型线使转子间完全实现了“曲面对曲面”的密封,而不包含任何“曲线对曲线”的密封,有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率。由于完全采用了圆弧或圆弧包络线,从而改善转子的加工性能,便于采用磨削法加工,也更容易检验。采用大转子、低转速设计思路后,可以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命,也对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物的敏感性相对减小。
