吊臂为汽车起重机的重要部件,是起重机性能好坏的关键。伸缩臂式起重机吊臂的结构形式决定了吊臂受载时,截面上的应力由两部分组成,一部分是整体弯曲应力,另一部分是局部弯曲应力。其中整体弯曲应力分布在整个截面上,而在伸缩臂支承滑块处承受很大的集中力,因此在滑块附近产生局部弯曲应力,容易产生局部失稳,影响起重性能。
传统的支承滑块与吊臂筒体在吊重前是面面接触,在吊重时由于吊臂变形以及支承滑块的变形,支承滑块与吊臂筒体将不是面面接触,使支承滑块与吊臂筒体接触变为线接触,这样增加了集中力程度,在滑块附近产生局部弯曲应力;影响起重性能。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种应力分布均匀、减小局部弯曲应力的起重机用吊臂支承滑块。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种起重机用吊臂支承滑块,包括吊臂支承滑块,其特征是:所述的吊臂支承滑块截面为四边形,在所述的吊臂支承滑块设有与吊臂轴向垂直的开口槽。
所述的开口槽的深度与所述的吊臂支承滑块长度之比为:L1∶L2=0.5~0.8,所述的开口槽的槽高d为1~2.5mm。
采用上述技术方案的起重机用吊臂支承滑块,在起重机吊重时,吊臂变形引起吊臂支承滑块的变形,使吊臂与吊臂支承滑块变形一致,形成面面接触,降低集中力的程度,降低局部弯曲应力值,使局部应力降低30%,可使吊臂支承滑块附近应力分布更合理,更均匀,对减轻吊臂提高起重性能很有作用。
综上所述,本实用新型是一种降低局部弯曲应力值,使应力分布合理、均匀且结构简单、制造方便、成本低廉的起重机用吊臂支承滑块。

参见图1,吊臂支承滑块3截面为四边形,中间设有与吊臂1轴向垂直的开口槽2,开口槽2的深度与吊臂支承滑块3长度之比为:L1∶L2=0.8,开口槽2的槽高d为2.5mm。
开口槽2的深度与吊臂支承滑块3长度之比也可以为:L1∶L2=0.5,此时开口槽2的槽高d可为1mm。
参见图1和图2,在起重机吊重时,吊臂1变形引起吊臂支承滑块3的变形,使吊臂1与吊臂支承滑块3变形一致,吊臂支承滑块3断截面与吊臂1完全相贴,开口槽2的截面形式与支承位置的吊臂1截面形式一样,形成面面接触,降低集中力的程度,降低局部弯曲应力值,使局部应力降低30%,可使吊臂支承滑块3附近应力分布更合理,更均匀,对减轻吊臂提高起重性能很有作用。
