本实用新型提出了一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪,其目的是克服由于排气系统结构所造成的冷冻嫩肤美容仪排热效果不好的缺点。采用的技术方案是;使半导体制冷元件热端两侧面的流动空间同时置于一个排气系统。一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪,含有半导体制冷元件、排气风扇和控制电路板,它们安装在机壳内,其特征是:有进气孔(10)的进气件(11)、半导体制冷元件(8)和排气风扇(4)按顺次装在美容仪壳体(1)头部的工作件(9)和壳体上的排气口(5)之间,使进气孔(10)、冷端(7)、热端(3)、排气风扇(4)、排气口(5)空间相通,成为进排气体的通道。本例结构合理,体积小,排气顺畅;提高了排热效果和半导体制冷元件的降温作用。

技术领域:
一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪属人体健肤美容用品,尤适合面部皮肤的保健。
背景技术:
冷冻嫩肤美容仪是皮肤的保健器械中的一种,它采用用低于环境温度的工作面接触皮肤,使皮肤产生有益的物理和生化作用,如:皮肤的功能细胞(如淋巴和巨噬细胞等)得于优整,发炎细菌得到抑制,胶原细胞收缩致密,使积存在组织内的陈水易于排出,由此达到消减眼袋,祛除面部浮肿,收缩毛孔,细化皮肤组织,增强皮肤弹性。
制冷技术有多种,冷冻嫩肤美容仪体积小,适于采用半导体制冷技术,它由半导体制冷元件、排气风扇和控制电路板组成,它们安装在机壳内。半导体制冷元件通直流电后,会产生冷端和热端,冷冻嫩肤美容仪就是利用冷端工作,影响半导体制冷效果中的一个重要因素是排除其工作过程产生的热量。
现在冷冻嫩肤美容仪半导体制冷元件采用排气风扇抽走冷冻嫩肤美容仪内的半导体制冷元件产生的热量,其进排气系统的结构是:以半导体制冷元件热端界面,其冷却空气进气口、排气风扇与热空气排气口安装在热端界面的同一侧,排气风扇仅能排掉此侧的热空气,但是,由于热的传导、辐射和对流的作用,半导体制冷元件热端的另一侧的冷端和工作面仍存在不少热量,该热量由于没有冷却空气的对流,很难排掉,此热量阻止了半导体制冷元件冷端温度的下降。在很大程度上降低了半导体制冷和效果,为了达到需要的半导体制冷元件冷端的温度,必需加大排气风扇和半导体制冷元件的散热面积,导至美容仪体积磊、耗电多。
发明内容:
本实用新型提出了一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪,其目的是克服由于排气系统结构所造成的冷冻嫩肤美容仪排热效果不好的缺点。
一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪,采用的技术方案是:使半导体制冷元件热端两侧面的流动空间同时置于一个进排气系统。
一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪,含有半导体制冷元件、排气风扇和控制电路板,它们安装在壳体内,其特征是:进气孔的进气件、半导体制冷元件和排气风扇按顺次安装在美容仪壳体头部的工作件和壳体上的排气口之间,使进气孔、冷端、热端、排气风扇、排气口的空间相通,成为进排气体的通道;工作件接触半导体制冷元件的冷端,进气件把工作件和半导体制冷元件固定在美容仪头部的壳体内,进气件的进气孔在半导体制冷元件热端界面往元件的一侧,半导体制冷元件的热端固定着散热件,散热件上有孔连通半导体制冷元件的两侧,排气风扇固定在散热件与排气口之间的壳体上,用于抽排制冷元件工作过程中产生热量。
所述进气件的进气孔可以在进气件的端面、侧面或两交界面之间。
本实用新型结构合理,体积小,排气顺畅;提高了排热效果和半导体制冷元件的降温作用。

现用一具体实施例说明本方案。
图1、2显示了一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪的结构图,进气件的端面有进气孔。它由壳体1、排气扇4、半导体制冷件8、工作件9、进气件11和排气口5组成,进气件、半导体制冷元件和排气风扇按顺次安装在美容仪壳体头部的工作件和壳体上排气口之间,工作件接触半导体制冷元件的冷端7,进气件把工作件和半导体制冷元件固定在头部的壳体内,进气件设有进气孔10,它靠近半导体制冷元件冷端的一侧,半导体制冷元件的热端固定着散热件3,散热件上有孔2连通热端的两侧,排气风扇固定在散热板与排气口之间的壳体上。
工作时,热量排除流程是:美容仪外部的气体从进气件11上的进气孔10进入,流经散热件3上散热孔2,同时带走散热件上的热量,然后被排气扇4从壳体1上的排气口5排走。
本结构简单、体积小,排热和制冷效果好。

Claims (2)

1、一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪,含有半导体制冷元件、排气风扇和控制电路板,它们安装在壳体内,其特征是:有进气孔(10)的进气件(11)、半导体制冷元件(8)和排气风扇(4)按顺次安装在美容仪壳体(1)头部的工作件(9)和壳体上的排气口(5)之间,使进气孔(10)、冷端(7)、热端(3)、排气风扇(4)、排气口(5)的空间相通,成为进排气体的通道;工作件接触半导体制冷元件的冷端,进气件把工作件和半导体制冷元件固定在头部的壳体内,进气件的进气孔在半导体制冷元件热端界面往元件的一侧,半导体制冷元件的热端固着散热板,散热板上有孔连通半导体制冷元件的两侧,排气风扇固定在散热板与排气口之间的壳体上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型冷冻嫩肤美容仪,其特征在于所述进气件(11)的进气孔(10)可以在进气件的端面(10)、侧面(12)或两交界面之间。
