Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种组合式装饰灯,其包括灯罩、发光二极管和灯座,灯座包括内罩和外罩,内罩由两个设有上下底面的扣合片活动扣合而成,内罩内设有两个纵向通槽,且内罩的上下底面分别开设有与此两个纵向通槽分别相对应的通孔,发光二极管的管脚和导线分别穿过内罩的上下底面的通孔在两个纵向通槽内相接触进行电连接,外罩紧套于内罩外且外罩与内罩之间于靠近灯罩的一端开设有可供灯罩头部插设于其内的环形槽,由于本实用新型采用上述组合式结构,具有安装加工、拆卸维修特别方便的特点。

组合式装饰灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装饰灯,尤其是一种以发光二极管为光源的装饰灯。
背景技术
现有的装饰灯,其结构包括灯罩、发光二极管和灯座,发光二极管置于灯罩内,发光二极管的两个管脚通过导线引出灯罩外,再对灯罩头部进行注塑,形成将灯罩头部和两根引出导线包覆于其内的注塑灯座。这种结构的装饰灯,需将装有发光二极管的灯罩头部送至注塑机中进行注塑,安装加工不方便;且若发光二极管损坏或灯罩损坏时,需用专用工具将灯座切割开,更换发光二极管或更换灯罩,维修完成后再注塑上灯座,维修很不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装加工方便、维修方便的组合式装饰灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:组合式装饰灯,包括灯罩、发光二极管和灯座,上述灯座包括内罩和外罩,上述内罩由两个设有上下底面的绝缘扣合片活动扣合而成,此两个绝缘扣合片的扣合侧相对应地分别开设有至少两个相互绝缘的纵向通槽,上述纵向通槽分别贯穿上述两个绝缘扣合片的上下底面,于上述两个绝缘扣合片的上下底面形成分别可供发光二极管的管脚和导线穿过的通孔,上述发光二极管的管脚穿过上述两个绝缘扣合片一个底面的通孔嵌设于上述纵向通槽内,导线从内罩外穿过上述两个绝缘扣合片另一个底面的通孔嵌设于上述纵向通槽内并与发光二极管的管脚对应电连接;上述外罩紧套于上述内罩外,上述内罩和上述外罩之间于靠近上述灯罩的一端开设有与上述灯罩头部相适配的可供上述灯罩头部插设于其内的环形槽,且上述外罩远离上述灯罩的一端开设有可供上述导线穿过的通孔。
上述两个绝缘扣合片为内部空心的半圆台,其上下底面的扣合侧分别开设有两个半圆孔,且其中一个扣合片的扣合侧纵向设有绝缘隔板,将绝缘扣合片的内部隔成相互绝缘的两个纵向通槽,另一个扣合片纵向设有与此隔板对应的凹槽,上述八个半圆孔两两扣合后分别对应于此两个纵向通槽分设于此隔板的两侧。
上述设有绝缘隔板的绝缘扣合片的两个纵向通槽内靠近上述发光二极管的一端分别倾斜设置有一绝缘导向板,将上述两个纵向通槽靠近上述发光二极管的一端分别引导形成一窄部,与此绝缘导向板相对应的,于另一个绝缘扣合片的内侧靠近上述发光二极管的一端分别倾斜设置有一导向凹槽。
上述导线与上述发光二极管的管脚对应的一端固定连接有导电片,上述发光二极管的管脚与此导电片分别在上述窄部相接触。
上述设有绝缘隔板的绝缘扣合片的两个纵向通槽的槽底靠近上述导线穿入的一端分别设有凸起卡环,上述另一扣合片的内侧壁与上述两个纵向通槽相对应的部位分别设有另一凸起卡环,此另一凸起卡环与上述凸起卡环于纵向通槽的纵向方向上呈错开布置。
上述环形槽内与上述灯罩头部分别设有相对应的螺纹。
本实用新型安装时,将两根导线的导电片分别嵌设在设有绝缘隔板的绝缘扣合片的两个纵向凹槽的窄部,再扣上另一个绝缘扣合片,扣合成一个圆台状内罩,再将外罩套在两个绝缘扣合片外,再将发光二极管的两个管脚分别插入圆台状内罩上底面的两个通孔内,发光二极管的两个管脚被两个绝缘导向板导向窄部与导电片相接触,最后将灯罩头部紧插在内罩与外罩之间的环形槽内,便完成了整个安装过程,安装加工特别方便。若灯罩损坏时,只需用手将灯罩从内罩与外罩之间的环形槽内旋出,便可更换灯罩;若发光二极管损坏时,只需用手将灯罩从内罩与外罩之间的环形槽内旋出,再将发光二极管从内罩上拔出,便可更换发光二极管;若导电片与导线接触不良时,只需将灯罩从内罩与外罩之间的环形槽内旋出,再拔出外罩,松开两个扣合片,便可进行维修,维修完重新组装即可,无需破坏性的操作,维修特别方便。且发光二极管的管脚和导线、导电片分别嵌设于内罩内相互绝缘的两个纵向通槽内,可防止导线相接触而短路,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一种组合式装饰灯,如图1、2所示,包括灯罩1、发光二极管2和灯座3,灯座3包括内罩31和外罩32。
如图3所示,内罩31由两个绝缘扣合片311、312活动扣合而成,扣合片311、312为分别设有上下底面的空心半圆台,扣合片311、312上下底面的扣合侧分别开设有两个半圆孔3114、3115、3116、3117和3122、3123、3124、3125,扣合片311的扣合侧纵向设有绝缘隔板3111,将扣合片311的内部隔成相互绝缘的两个纵向通槽3112、3113,扣合片312纵向设有与隔板3111对应的凹槽3121,扣合片311、312扣合后,形成圆台状内罩31,半圆孔3114、3115、3116、3117和3122、3123、3124、3125两两扣合后形成四个通孔(上下各两个),此四个通孔对应于纵向通槽3112、3113分设于隔板3111的两侧。
扣合片311的纵向通槽3112、3113内靠近发光二极管2的一端分别倾斜设置有绝缘导向板4、5,绝缘导向板4、5将纵向通槽3112、3113靠近发光二极管2的一端分别引导形成一窄部31121、31131,与绝缘导向板4、5相对应的,于扣合片312内侧靠近发光二极管2的一端分别倾斜设置有导向凹槽6、7。导线8、9与发光二极管的管脚21、22对应的一端分别固定连接有导电片81、91,发光二极管2的两个管脚21、22和导线8、9分别对应穿入内罩31上下底面的四个通孔,发光二极管的管脚21、22与导电片81、91分别对应在窄部31121、31131相接触进行电连接。
纵向通槽3112、3113的槽底靠近导线8、9穿入的一端分别设有凸起卡环31122、31123和31132、31133,扣合片312的内侧壁与纵向通槽3112、3113相对应的部位分别设有凸起卡环3126、3127,且扣合片311、312扣合后,凸起卡环3126位于凸起卡环31122和31123之间,凸起卡环3127位于凸起卡环31132和31133之间,将导线8、9分别定位卡在纵向通槽3112、3113内。这样,消除了导线8、9与导电片81、91之间的应力,导电片81、91在纵向通槽3112、3113的纵向方向上不会产生移动,从而保证了导电片81、91与发光二极管的管脚21、22的良好接触。
内罩31靠近灯罩1的一端的尺寸和形状与灯罩头部11的内腔相适配,内罩31远离灯罩1的一端的尺寸和形状与外罩32内腔的相应部位相适配。外罩32靠近灯罩1的一端的内腔与灯罩头部11的外表面相适配,这样,内罩31和外罩32之间于靠近灯罩1的一端便形成与灯罩头部11相适配的可供灯罩头部11插设于其内的环形槽,且环形槽内与灯罩头部11分别设有相对应的螺纹。
内罩31的外壁设有凸环,外罩32的内壁设有与此凸环相适配的定位槽。内罩31通过此凸环和此定位槽紧套于外罩32内,且外罩32开设有可供导线穿过的通孔。
本实用新型安装时,将两根导线的导电片分别嵌设在设有绝缘隔板的绝缘扣合片的两个纵向凹槽的窄部,再扣上另一个绝缘扣合片,扣合成一个圆台状内罩,再将外罩套在两个绝缘扣合片外,再将发光二极管的两个管脚分别插入圆台状内罩上底面的两个通孔内,发光二极管的两个管脚被两个绝缘导向板导向窄部与导电片相接触进行电连接,最后将灯罩头部旋插在内罩与外罩之间的环形槽内,便完成了整个安装过程,安装加工特别方便。若灯罩损坏时,只需用手将灯罩从内罩与外罩之间的环形槽内旋出,便可更换灯罩;若发光二极管损坏时,只需用手将灯罩从内罩与外罩之间的环形槽内旋出,再将发光二极管从内罩上拔出,便可更换发光二极管;若导电片与导线接触不良时,只需将灯罩从内罩与外罩之间的环形槽内旋出,再拔出外罩,松开两个扣合片,便可进行维修,维修完重新组装即可,维修时无需破坏性的操作,维修特别方便。且发光二极管的管脚和导线、导电片分别嵌设于内罩内相互绝缘的两个纵向通槽内,可防止导线相接触而短路,延长了使用寿命。

Claims (6)

1、组合式装饰灯,包括灯罩、发光二极管和灯座,其特征在于:上述灯座包括内罩和外罩,上述内罩由两个设有上下底面的绝缘扣合片活动扣合而成,此两个绝缘扣合片的扣合侧相对应地分别开设有至少两个相互绝缘的纵向通槽,上述纵向通槽分别贯穿上述两个绝缘扣合片的上下底面,于上述两个绝缘扣合片的上下底面形成分别可供发光二极管的管脚和导线穿过的通孔,上述发光二极管的管脚穿过上述两个绝缘扣合片一个底面的通孔嵌设于上述纵向通槽内,导线从内罩外穿过上述两个绝缘扣合片另一个底面的通孔嵌设于上述纵向通槽内并与发光二极管的管脚对应电连接;上述外罩紧套于上述内罩外,上述内罩和上述外罩之间于靠近上述灯罩的一端开设有与上述灯罩头部相适配的可供上述灯罩头部插设于其内的环形槽,且上述外罩远离上述灯罩的一端开设有可供上述导线穿过的通孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合式装饰灯,其特征在于:上述两个绝缘扣合片为内部空心的半圆台,其上下底面的扣合侧分别开设有两个半圆孔,且其中一个扣合片的扣合侧纵向设有绝缘隔板,将绝缘扣合片的内部隔成相互绝缘的两个纵向通槽,另一个扣合片纵向设有与此隔板对应的凹槽,上述八个半圆孔两两扣合后分别对应于此两个纵向通槽分设于此隔板的两侧。
3、根据权利要求2所述的组合式装饰灯,其特征在于:上述设有绝缘隔板的绝缘扣合片的两个纵向通槽内靠近上述发光二极管的一端分别倾斜设置有一绝缘导向板,将上述两个纵向通槽靠近上述发光二极管的一端分别引导形成一窄部,与此绝缘导向板相对应的,于另一个绝缘扣合片的内侧靠近上述发光二极管的一端分别倾斜设置有一导向凹槽。
4、根据权利要求3所述的组合式装饰灯,其特征在于:上述导线与上述发光二极管的管脚对应的一端固定连接有导电片,上述发光二极管的管脚与此导电片分别在上述窄部相接触。
5、根据权利要求1所述的组合式装饰灯,其特征在于:上述设有绝缘隔板的绝缘扣合片的两个纵向通槽的槽底靠近上述导线穿入的一端分别设有凸起卡环,上述另一扣合片的内侧壁与上述两个纵向通槽相对应的部位分别设有另一凸起卡环,此另一凸起卡环与上述凸起卡环于纵向通槽的纵向方向上呈错开布置。
6、根据权利要求1所述的组合式装饰灯,其特征在于:上述环形槽内与上述灯罩头部分别设有相对应的螺纹。
