Abstract

本实用新型涉及隔离型双通道变压器,其包括接线板、绕线架和外置端子,其特征在于:将线圈的引线接脚从底部通过线槽引到变压器顶部,再以绝缘盖将焊锡点全部罩住与磁芯隔离;引将两边引线端子置于磁芯的外侧;外置端子是插入方式;然后与内凹式的绝缘盖配合,初级绕架是在两个次级绕线架的中间。本实用新型的结构改良降低变压器的总体高度,可以保证足够的端子拉力,又由于绕线架与内凹式绝缘盖的组合,从而可以保证很好的绝缘能力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及变压器引线端子结构改良及与绝缘盖之间的组合方式。
背景技术
目前,变压器是电子线路设计上不可缺少的组件,而由于目前所发展的电子产品,其结构中所用的电路板均求薄、轻、短小,致所使用的变压器在尺寸上要求相对缩小,而不论尺寸如何变化,基本上变压器都具有绕线架、接脚、线圈及铁芯等主要构件,而利用上述构件可构成各种不同造型、规格及功能的变压器。传统的方式是插在磁芯正下方的骨架塑料体,势必会加厚塑料体厚度,因此总体高度过高。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型目的是提供一种改变了传统变压器骨架与磁芯的搭配结构。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
隔离型双通道变压器,其包括接线板、绕线架和外置端子,其特征在于:将线圈的引线接脚从底部通过线槽引到变压器顶部,再以绝缘盖将焊锡点全部罩住与磁芯隔离。
两边引线端子置于磁芯的外侧。
变压器的隔离绝缘盖是内凹式,其凹点与针脚一一对应,并将针脚一一罩住。
上述初级绕线架是通过隔板夹在两个次级绕线架的中间。隔板底部开有线槽,隔板上固定接线脚和插脚。
上述外置端子是插入方式,并且不折弯。
本实用新型的结构改良降低变压器的总体高度,可以保证足够的端子拉力,又由于绕线架与内凹式绝缘盖的组合,从而可以保证很好的绝缘能力。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,隔离型双通道变压器,其包括接线板1、绕线架2和外置端子3,其特征在于:两边引线端子3置于磁芯的外侧;外置端子3是插入方式;初级绕架4通过隔板6夹在两个次级绕线架5的中间;隔板6底部开有线槽7,隔板6上固定接线脚8和插脚9。变压器的隔离绝缘盖10是内凹式,其凹点11与针脚一一对应,并将针脚一一罩住。

Claims (5)

1、隔离型双通道变压器,其包括接线板、绕线架和外置端子,其特征在于:将线圈的引线接脚从底部通过线槽引到变压器顶部,再以绝缘盖将焊锡点全部罩住与磁芯隔离。
2、根据权利要求1所述的隔离型双通道变压器,其特征在于:变压器的隔离绝缘盖是内凹式,其凹点与针脚一一对应,并将针脚一一罩住。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的隔离型双通道变压器,其特征在于:初级绕线架在是两个次级绕线架的中间。
4、根据权利要求1所述的隔离型双通道变压器,其特征在于:将两边引线端子置于磁芯的外侧。
5、根据权利要求1所述的隔离型双通道变压器,其特征在于:外置端子是插入方式,并且不折弯。
