Abstract

一种电子元件顶出装置组合，包括一底座及一电子元件，该底座是用以装设该电子元件，该底座设有一通孔，该电子元件顶出装置组合还包括一顶出件，该顶出件是旋转装设于该底座，其包括一抵顶于该电子元件后壁的顶出部及一穿过该通孔的操作部。本实用新型电子元件顶出装置组合可方便的将该电子元件顶出电脑壳体，使电子元件的拆卸变得简单，操作快捷。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种电子元件顶出装置组合，特别是一种适用于笔记本电脑的电子元件顶出装置组合。
【技术背景】
笔记本电脑中的电子元件，如光驱的固定通常是利用螺丝锁固于笔记本电脑壳体的底座或光驱支架内。如中国台湾专利公告519254号的笔记本电脑，其底座的主板上设有一支架，该支架设有一耳孔，该光驱上对应设有一定位孔，一螺丝将该光驱固定于该支架。但是，要更换以此种结构固定的光驱，必须开启笔记本电脑上盖或拆卸其键盘，以致给操作者带来较大不便，且频繁的拆装有可能损坏笔记本电脑内部的其它电子元件。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种拆卸电子元件快捷方便的顶出装置组合。
一种电子元件顶出装置组合，包括一底座及一电子元件，该底座是用以装设该电子元件，该底座设有一通孔，该电子元件顶出装置组合还包括一顶出件，该顶出件是旋转装设于该底座，其包括一抵顶于该电子元件后壁的顶出部及一穿过该通孔的操作部。
相较现有技术，本实用新型电子元件顶出装置组合可方便的将该电子元件顶出电脑壳体，使电子元件的拆卸变得简单，操作快捷。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图3，为本实用新型电子元件顶出装置组合的较佳实施方式，其包括一电脑壳体的底座10及一电子元件30(本实施例中为一光驱)。
该底座10包括一电子元件装设区11。该电子元件装设区11的前部为一供该电子元件30装入的开口111，中部设有若干利于该电子元件30滑入的支承片113，后部为一用于固定该电子元件30的固定柱115，左侧则设有一装设部12。该装设部12包括一弹片121及一装设柱123。该底座10上邻近该装设部12设有一“凸”字形通孔127。
一顶出件15装设于该底座10。该顶出件15包括一用于顶出该电子元件30的顶出部151，并对应该装设柱123设有一装设孔153，对应该弹片121设有一抵顶面155，对应该通孔127设有一操作部157。
该电子元件30包括一后壁31，其上设有一对螺孔311。
一固定件33装设于该电子元件30，其上对应该对螺孔311设有一对螺孔331，一对螺丝35将该固定件33装设于该电子元件30的后壁31。该固定件33设有一折片333，其上设有一锁固孔335。一螺丝50穿过该底座10的固定柱115锁固于该锁固孔335，从而将该电子元件30装设于该底座10。
组装时，首先将该装设柱123穿入该装设孔153，而把该顶出件15装设于该底座10，此时，该抵顶面155抵顶于该弹片121，该操作部157穿过该通孔127外露于该底座10。装入时，将该电子元件30从该底座10的开口111滑入该底座10，并用该螺丝50穿过该底座10的固定柱115锁固于该锁固孔335，从而将该电子元件30装设于该底座10。此时的各元件状态如图3所示，其中该电子元件30的后壁31抵顶于该顶出件15的顶出部151。
请继续参阅图4和图5，拆卸该电子元件30时，只需松开该螺丝50，向下扳动该操作部157使该顶出件15绕该装设柱123旋转，其顶出部151即抵顶该后壁31而将该电子元件30顶出该电脑壳体；此过程中，该弹片121受该抵顶面155的压力向后弯折变形；此时的各元件状态如图4和图5所示。松开该操作部157，该顶出件15在该弹片121的弹力作用下恢复原状。
本实用新型同样可应用于其它电子装置，该顶出件15也可以其它方式旋转装设于该底座10的装设部12。

Claims (7)

1.一种电子元件顶出装置组合，包括一底座及一电子元件，所述底座是用以装设所述电子元件，其特征在于：所述底座设有一通孔，所述电子元件顶出装置组合进一步包括一顶出件，所述顶出件是旋转装设于所述底座，其包括一抵顶于所述电子元件后壁的顶出部及一穿过所述通孔的操作部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子元件顶出装置组合，其特征在于：所述底座设有一装设部，其上设有一装设柱，所述顶出件对应所述装设柱设有一装设孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子元件顶出装置组合，其特征在于：所述装设部设有一弹片，所述顶出件包括一抵顶于所述弹片的抵顶面。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子元件顶出装置组合，其特征在于：所述电子元件上设有一固定件。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子元件顶出装置组合，其特征在于：所述固定件设有一锁固孔，所述底座对应设有一固定柱，一螺丝穿过所述固定柱锁固于所述锁固孔，将所述电子元件锁固于所述底座。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子元件顶出装置组合，其特征在于：所述固定件设有一对螺孔，所述电子元件的后壁对应设有一对螺孔，一对螺丝通过所述螺孔将所述固定件锁固于所述电子元件。
7.如权利要求1所述的电子元件顶出装置组合，其特征在于：所述底座设有若干支承片。
