Abstract

一种数据存储器推出装置组合,包括一底座及一装设于其上的数据存储器,一顶出装置装设于该数据存储器前部,一挡止件及一开关连接于一起并可动地装设于该底座,该顶出装置包括一装设一弹性元件的顶出部,该弹性元件抵顶于该底座,该挡止件设有一挡止于该顶出部的挡止块。该数据存储器推出装置组合可方便的将该数据存储器推出底座,使数据存储器的拆卸变得简单,操作快捷。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种数据存储器推出装置组合,特别是一种适用于笔记本电脑的数据存储器推出装置组合。
【技术背景】
笔记本电脑中的数据存储器,如光驱的固定通常是利用螺丝锁固于笔记本电脑的底座或光驱支架内。如中国台湾专利公告519254号的笔记本电脑,其底座的主板上设有一支架,该支架设有一耳孔,该光驱上对应设有一定位孔,一螺丝将该光驱固定于该支架。但是,要更换以此种结构固定的光驱,必须开启笔记本电脑上盖或拆卸其键盘,以致给操作者带来较大不便,且频繁的拆装有可能损坏笔记本电脑内部的其它电子元件。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种拆卸数据存储器快捷方便的推出装置组合。
一种数据存储器推出装置组合,包括一底座及一装设于其上的数据存储器,一顶出装置装设于该数据存储器前部,一挡止件及一开关连接于一起并可动地装设于该底座,该顶出装置包括一装设一弹性元件的顶出部,该弹性元件抵顶于该底座,该挡止件设有一挡止于该顶出部的挡止块。
相较现有技术,该数据存储器推出装置组合可方便的将该数据存储器推出底座,使数据存储器的拆卸变得简单,操作快捷。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1及图2,为本实用新型数据存储器推出装置组合的较佳实施方式,其包括一底座10及一装设于该底座10的数据存储器30。
该底座10包括一数据存储器装设区11。该数据存储器装设区11的前部为一供该数据存储器30装入的开口111,左右两侧分别设有一抵顶部113,后部为一用于固定该数据存储器30的固定柱115,左侧靠近开口111处开设有一装设框13。该抵顶部113为一长槽形框体,其内设有一凸块116。该装设框13为“U”形框,其两长边框对称设有两对卡槽131、133,该装设框13所包围的底板上设有一通孔135。
一挡止件15装设于该底座10,一开关17与该挡止件15装设于一起并分别位于该底座10的上下两侧。
该挡止件15的一端设有一对卡脚151,每一卡脚151上对应该底座10的卡槽131、133设有一钩扣152。该挡止件15的中部为一装设孔153,另一端则设有一挡止块155。该挡止块155包括一挡止面157。
该开关17设有一对支脚173及一操作部175。该对支脚173穿过该底座10的通孔135和该挡止件15的装设孔153而卡制于该挡止件15,推动该操作部175可滑动该开关17并带动该挡止件15滑动。
该数据存储器30包括一后壁31及两侧壁33。其后壁31上装设有一固定部311,该固定部311上设有一锁固孔313。每一侧壁33上设有一对螺孔331。
一顶出装置35装设于该数据存储器30的底端前部。该顶出装置35包括一主体351,其两端分别设有一顶出部353,每一顶出部353上设有一弹簧354。该顶出装置35邻近每一顶出部353还设有一折片357、358,其上分别对应该数据存储器30的螺孔331设有一对螺孔359,两对螺丝37穿过这些螺孔359、331而将该顶出装置35锁固于该数据存储器30。
组装时,首先将开关17的支脚173穿过该底座10的通孔135和该挡止件15的装设孔153而卡制于该挡止件15,从而将该开关17及该挡止件15装设于该底座10,该挡止件15的钩扣152卡扣于该装设框13的卡槽131;将该数据存储器30从该底座10的开口111滑入该底座10,该弹簧354的自由端套设于该抵顶部113的凸块116,并逐渐被压缩抵顶于该抵顶部113内;向靠近该数据存储器30的方向推动该开关17的操作部175,使其钩扣152卡扣于卡槽133,该挡止块155的挡止面157即挡止于该顶出装置35的顶出部353,而防止该数据存储器30被推出该底座10;用一螺丝50穿过该底座10得固定柱115锁固于该数据存储器30的锁固孔313,从而将该数据存储器30装设于该底座10,此时的各元件状态如图2和图3所示。
请继续参阅图4,拆卸该数据存储器30时,只需松开该螺丝50,并向远离该数据存储器30的方向推动该开关17的操作部175,带动该挡止件15移动,其钩扣152卡扣于该卡槽131,该数据存储器30即在该弹簧354回复力的作用下前移,拉动该顶出装置35的主体351,即可将该数据存储器30自该底座10拆下。
当然,本实用新型同样可应用于其它电子装置,该弹簧354可为其它弹性元件所代替。

Claims (9)

1.一种数据存储器推出装置组合,包括一底座及一装设于其上的数据存储器,其特征在于:一顶出装置装设于所述数据存储器前部,一挡止件及一开关连接于一起并可动地装设于所述底座,所述顶出装置包括一装设一弹性元件的顶出部,所述弹性元件抵顶于所述底座,所述挡止件设有一挡止于所述顶出部的挡止块。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器推出装置组合,其特征在于:所述顶出装置包括一顶出部,所述底座对应设有一抵顶部,所述弹性元件为一弹簧,是装设于所述顶出部和所述抵顶部之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的数据存储器推出装置组合,其特征在于:所述挡止块是挡止于所述顶出装置的顶出部。
4.如权利要求3所述的数据存储器推出装置组合,其特征在于:所述顶出装置是以螺丝锁固于所述数据存储器。
5.如权利要求4所述的数据存储器推出装置组合,其特征在于:所述开关设有一对支脚,所述底座对应设有一通孔,所述挡止件对应设有一装设孔,所述支脚穿过所述通孔和所述装设孔卡制于所述挡止件。
6.如权利要求5所述的数据存储器推出装置组合,其特征在于:所述挡止件设有一对钩扣,所述底座设有一装设框,其对应所述钩扣设有两对卡槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器推出装置组合,其特征在于:所述开关设有一操作部。
8.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器推出装置组合,其特征在于:所述数据存储器上设有一固定部。
9.如权利要求8所述的数据存储器推出装置组合,其特征在于:所述固定部设有一锁固孔,所述底座对应设有一固定柱,一螺丝穿过所述固定柱锁固于所述锁固孔。
