Abstract

一种电脑主机固定装置包括一可安装于一平板显示器背面或墙面的安装架一可活动地安装于该安装架的锁扣机构,该锁扣机构包括一滑动安装于该安装架的卡扣件、一设置于该卡扣件及该安装架之间的第一弹性件、一滑动安装于该安装架的驱动件、一设置于该驱动及该安装架之间用于使该驱动件复位的第二弹性件,该锁扣件可位于一锁扣位置而卡扣于一电脑主机,推动该驱动件向某一方向滑动时,该驱动件抵推该卡扣件向解锁位置滑动,该第一弹性件变形而对该卡扣件施加一朝向锁扣位置的作用力,该第二弹性件变形而对该驱动件施加一反方向作用力。该电脑主机固定装置可实现将电脑主机相对于一平板显示器或墙面的快速拆装。

Description

电脑主机固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电脑主机固定装置。
背景技术
现有的电脑主机通常摆放在桌子上或地面上,需要占用较大的空间,而且需要用较长的线缆连接电脑主机及显示器等外部设备,显得凌乱而不美观。随着迷你型电脑主机的出现,人们希望将电脑像平板显示器那样将悬挂于墙壁,或者悬挂于平板显示器等装置,从而减少占用空间,且便于隐藏线缆。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可将电脑主机固定于墙面或平板显示器的固定装置。
一种电脑主机固定装置包括一可安装于一平板显示器背面或墙面的安装架及至少一可活动地安装于该安装架的锁扣机构,该锁扣机构包括一滑动安装于该安装架的卡扣件、一设置于该卡扣件及该安装架之间的第一弹性件、一滑动安装于该安装架的驱动件、一设置于该驱动及该安装架之间的第二弹性件,该卡扣件可位于一锁扣位置而卡扣于一电脑主机,也可滑动至解锁位置而脱离该电脑主机,当推动该驱动件向第一方向滑动时,该驱动件抵推该卡扣件向解锁位置滑动,该第一弹性件可向该锁扣位置驱动该卡扣件,该第二弹性件可驱动该驱动件向与第一方向相反的第二方向滑动。
该电脑主机固定装置的安装架可安装于一平板显示器背面或墙面,而通过该锁扣机构的可复位的卡扣件将该电脑主机固定于该安装架,同时,推动该锁扣机构的可复位的驱动件便可完成解锁,从而可实现将电脑主机相对于一平板显示器背面或墙面的快速拆装。

具体实施方式
请参考图1及8,本发明电脑主机固定装置用于将一电脑主机200固定于一具有VESA标准壁挂孔的平板显示器300,该电脑主机固定装置包括一壁挂板10、一安装架30、两阻滞件60及两锁扣机构70。该电脑主机200概呈方形,其中两相邻的侧缘上分别设有一卡槽201。
该壁挂板10概呈方形,其中部设有一平行其两相对侧缘的滑槽11,该滑槽11的两侧对称设置一对与该滑槽11平行的定位槽13,每一定位槽13远离该滑槽11的一侧设有一平行该滑槽11的长方形的凸出部15。该滑槽11的两侧分别设有若干锯齿112。每一凸出部15设有若干符合视频电子标准协会(VESA)标准的安装孔153。
请同时参阅图1及图5至图7,该安装架30包括一前盖板40及一后盖板50。该前盖板40的形状对应该电脑主机200的形状。请同时参阅图4,在本实施方式中,该前盖板40是一左右对称的五边形,其设有若干避位孔41。该前盖板40的底角401处及两侧角402处分别向前凸设凸缘42。该前盖板40沿其顶缘403、左右两侧的上侧缘404及下侧缘405的上部向后凸设的一围边43。该前盖板40的后面凸设若干设有螺纹孔的固定柱44及两定位块45。该前盖板40于邻近每一上侧缘404处由挡钩461、462、463、464及围边43共同形成一装置区46,每一装置区46内设有一第一凸钩465及一第二凸钩466。该前盖板40的围边43对应每一装置区46设有一第一安装槽432及一第二安装槽434。该后盖板50的形状对应于该前盖板40。该后盖板50设有两相互平行的安装槽51及若干固定孔53。
在本实施方式中,该两阻滞件60为两橡胶轮,在其他实施方式中,该两阻滞件60也可由其他表面具有较大摩擦系数的材料制成。
请同时参阅图1,图2及图5,每一锁扣机构70包括一卡扣件71、一驱动件72、一第一弹性件73及一第二弹性件74。该卡扣件71包括一卡扣部711、自该卡扣部711的一面的一侧边垂直延伸的两背向间隔设置的抵接部712、一设置于该两抵接部712之间的钩挂部713(参见图5)。每一抵接部712的外侧设一具弹性的限位臂714。该卡扣部711的该面的另一侧边延伸形成一卡钩7113(参见图1)。两抵接部712的高度不相同,其末端分别形成一斜面7121。每一限位臂714于外侧形成一卡槽7141,而于末端形成一防脱钩7142。该驱动件72包括一第一延伸臂721及一自该第一延伸臂721的一端垂直延伸的第二延伸臂723。该第一延伸臂721的末端设有一操作部7211。该第一延伸臂721于邻近该第二延伸臂723处设有一钩挂部7213。该第二延伸臂723的中部及末端处分别朝向该操作部7211延伸一抵推部7231,每一抵推部7231的末端形成一斜面7233。在本实施方式中,该第一弹性件73及第二弹性件74均为两端分别设有挂钩的螺旋弹簧。
请同时参阅图1、图3至图6,组装时,将其中一锁扣机构70的卡扣件71卡入该前盖板40的其中一装置区46,卡扣件71的卡扣部711正对该装置区46的围边43的第一安装槽432且卡扣件71的卡钩7113伸向该前盖板40的前面(参见图7),且使挡钩461及462分别卡合于该两限位臂714的卡槽7141。当该卡扣件71被推动而沿安装槽432向远离该安装架30的方向滑动使,该两限位臂714可产生弹性变形而使其相对挡钩461及462滑动,当挡钩461及462挡止于该两限位臂714的防脱钩7142时,该卡扣件71不可继续向外滑动,从而防止该卡扣件71脱出该前盖板40。将该第一弹性件73两端的挂钩分别钩挂于该卡扣件71的钩挂部713及该装置区46的第一凸钩465。将该锁扣机构70的驱动件72装入该装置区46,驱动件72的第二延伸臂723穿过该装置区46的围边43的第二安装槽434而使该操作部7211伸出该前盖板40并贴合该前盖板40的围边43的外侧。该驱动件72的第二延伸臂723背向其抵推部7231的一侧挡止于该装置区46的挡钩463及464,且使该驱动件72的两抵推部7231的斜面7233分别抵接该卡扣件71对应的抵接部712的斜面7121。将该第二弹性件74两端的挂钩分别钩挂于该驱动件72的第一延伸臂721的钩挂部7213及该装置区46的第二凸钩466。采用以上相同的方法将另一锁扣机构70安装于该前盖板40的另一装置区46。将该两阻滞件60套设于该前盖板40中部对应的两固定柱44。将该壁挂板10安装于该前盖板40的背面,该壁挂板10的滑槽11对正该两阻滞件60,该两定位槽13对正该前盖板40对应的定位块45。该壁挂板10的凸出部15背向该前盖板40。将该后盖板50扣合于该前盖板40,且使该后盖板50的安装槽51对正该壁挂板10的凸出部15,该后盖板50的固定孔53对正该前盖板40的对应固定柱44。利用若干螺丝穿过该后盖板50的固定孔53并锁入该前盖板40的对应固定柱44的螺纹孔中,从而将该后盖板50固定于该前盖板40。
请同时参阅图6至图8,需要将该电脑主机200安装于平板显示器300的背面时,相对该安装架30滑动该壁挂板10,使该壁挂板10的安装孔153对正该安装架30的前盖板40的避位孔41,便可利用若干螺丝穿过该安装架30的前盖板40的避位孔41而伸入该壁挂板10的对应安装孔153,并锁入该平板显示器300背面的壁挂孔中,从而将该电脑主机固定装置固定于该平板显示器300的背面。将该电脑主机200倾斜,其一角抵靠于该安装架30的底角401处的凸缘42,朝向该平板显示器300推动该电脑主机200,该电脑主机200向远离前盖板40抵推该两锁扣机构70的卡扣件71的卡扣部711的卡钩7113,使得该两卡扣件71的限位臂714产生弹性变形脱离卡槽7141并沿挡钩461及462滑动,该两卡扣件71于第一安装槽432内向远离该安装架40的方向运动,该两第一弹性件73受拉力而变形。当该电脑主机200贴合于该安装架30的前盖板40时,该两卡扣件71的卡扣部711的卡钩7113对正该电脑主机200对应的卡槽201,该两第一弹性件73恢复变形,拉动该两卡扣件71朝向该前盖板40运动,从而使该两卡扣件71的卡扣部711的卡钩7113扣入该电脑主机200对应的卡槽201。该安装架30的前盖板40两侧角402处的凸缘42分别支撑该电脑主机200的两相对角,该电脑主机200被固定于该安装架30。于是,该电脑主机200通过该主机固定装置安装于该平板显示器300的背面。由于该安装架30可相对该壁挂板10上下滑动,同时该两阻滞件60与该壁挂板10的滑槽11的锯齿112间的摩擦力而定位,从而使得该电脑主机200安装于不同尺寸的平板显示器300后,该电脑主机200都能滑动至合适位置而使其按键203露出该平板显示器300的侧边以方便使用者操作。
需要取下该电脑主机200时,滑动该两锁扣机构70的驱动件72的操作部7211,使该两驱动件72沿该前盖板40的围边43向远离对应的卡扣件71的方向滑动,该两驱动件72的抵推部7231的斜面7233相对该两卡扣件71的抵接部712的斜面7121滑动,从而抵推该两卡扣件71向远离该安装架40的方向运动,使该两卡扣件71的卡钩7113脱离该电脑主机200的对应卡槽201,便可将该电脑主机200取下。可以理解,每一锁扣机构70的驱动件72可以只有一抵推部7231,相应的,该锁扣机构70的卡扣件71也只设有一抵接部712。
可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,该安装架30的形状及锁扣机构70的数量也可与不同形状及尺寸的电脑主机200相对应,锁扣机构70的数量可以是一个或更多个,该安装架的凸缘42也可以省略。
另外,在其他的实施方式中,也可无需该壁挂板10,而在该安装架30上直接设置符合VESA标准的安装孔。安装时,将该安装架30直接固定于墙面或平板显示器300的背面,再利用一个或多个锁扣件70将该电脑主机200固定于该安装架30即可。

Claims (10)

1.一种电脑主机固定装置包括:
一可安装于一平板显示器背面或墙面的安装架;及
至少一可活动地安装于该安装架的锁扣机构,该锁扣机构包括:
一滑动安装于该安装架的卡扣件,该卡扣件可于一锁扣位置而卡扣一电脑主机,也可滑动至一解锁位置而脱离该电脑主机;
一设置于该卡扣件及该安装架之间的第一弹性件,该第一弹性件可向该锁扣位置驱动该卡扣件;
一滑动安装于该安装架的驱动件,当推动该驱动件向一第一方向滑动时,该驱动件抵推该卡扣件向解锁位置滑动;及
一设置于该驱动件及该安装架之间的第二弹性件,该第二弹性件可驱动该驱动件向一与第一方向相反的第二方向滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:该卡扣件包括一可卡扣于该电脑主机的侧面的卡扣部及至少一自该卡扣部延伸的抵接部,该驱动件包括一外露于该安装架的操作部及一抵接于该卡扣件的抵接部的抵推部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:该电脑主机的侧面设有一卡槽,该卡扣件的卡扣部设有一可卡入该电脑主机的卡槽的卡钩。
4.如权利要求2所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:该卡扣件的抵接部的端部及该驱动件的抵推部的端部分别设有一斜面,,当该驱动件的操作部沿该安装架滑动时,该两斜面相对滑动,从而使该卡扣件向靠近或远离该安装架的方向滑动而分别滑动至锁扣位置或解锁位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:该电脑主机固定装置还包括一滑动安装于该安装架的壁挂板,该壁挂板可固定于平板显示器背面或墙面。
6.如权利要求5所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:该壁挂板包括若干符合视频电子标准协会标准的安装孔。
7.如权利要求5中所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:该安装架包括一前盖板及一扣合于该前盖板的后盖板,该锁扣机构及该壁挂板收容于该前盖板及后盖板之间,该前盖板设有支撑该电脑主机的凸缘,该壁挂板部分外露于该后盖板而固定于平板显示器背面或墙面。
8.如权利要求7所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:该电脑主机固定装置还包括安装于该前盖板的阻滞件,该壁挂板设有一滑动收容所述阻滞件的滑槽,该滑槽的两侧分别设有若干锯齿,所述阻滞件与这些锯齿之间的摩擦力可将该阻滞件定位于该滑槽的指定位置。
9.如权利要求8所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:所述阻滞件由橡胶制成。
10.如权利要求1所述的电脑主机固定装置,其特征在于:该第一弹性件及第二弹性件均为两端设有挂钩的螺旋弹簧,该安装架设有一第一凸钩及第二凸钩,该第一弹性件的两端分别钩挂于该第一凸钩及该锁扣机构的卡扣件,该第二弹性件的两端分别钩挂于该第二凸钩及该锁扣机构的驱动件。
