Abstract

一种卡钩装置组合,其包括一设有一通孔的盖体、一基座、一卡钩件及一活动装设于该盖体的扳动件,该卡钩件包括一可穿过该盖体通孔并卡置于该盖体的卡钩,该卡钩装置组合包括一磁铁,该磁铁装设于该盖体并与该通孔相对,该卡钩件为一铁磁性材料制成,其活动装设于该基座,该卡钩件可受该磁铁吸附而将该盖体与该基座扣合。

卡钩装置组合
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种电子装置的卡钩装置组合。
【背景技术】
电子装置如笔记本电脑等由于其便携性要求,其上盖的锁固及开启十分频繁,所以对电子装置上盖锁固装置开启操作的便捷性具有一定的要求。
如美国专利第6,115,239号所揭示的一种笔记本电脑卡钩装置,其包括一上盖、一设有若干卡扣孔的基座、一扳动件、一滑动杆及两弹性件,该滑动杆底部设有与该基座的这些卡扣孔相对应的若干卡钩,该两弹性件分别装设于该滑动杆两端,滑动该扳动件,可带动该滑动杆及设于该滑动杆上的卡钩运动,从而实现笔记本电脑上盖与基座的锁固功能。但是该卡钩装置,其设于该上盖的这些卡钩凸出暴露于该上盖外部,不仅影响美观,而且凸出的卡钩易由于不慎碰撞而发生变形断裂,而导致该卡钩或整个卡钩装置不能使用,使其使用寿命缩短。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种结构简单的隐藏式卡钩装置组合。
一种卡钩装置组合,其包括一设有一通孔的盖体、一基座、一卡钩件及一活动装设于该盖体的扳动件,该卡钩件包括一可穿过该盖体通孔并卡置于该盖体的卡钩,该卡钩装置组合包括一磁铁,该磁铁装设于该盖体并与该通孔相对,该卡钩件为一铁磁性材料制成,其活动装设于该基座,该卡钩件可受该磁铁吸附而将该盖体与该基座扣合。
上述卡钩装置组合可通过将卡钩件隐藏于该基座内部,然后再通过一装设于该盖体的磁铁将该卡钩件吸引从而实现该盖体与该基座的扣合,结构简单,该卡钩件可隐藏于该基座内部,可对该卡钩件起到保护作用。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图4,为本实用新型卡钩装置组合的较佳实施方式,其包括一盖体10、一基座20、一装设于该盖体10内的磁铁31、一扳动件32、一使该扳动件32复位的第一弹性件33、装设于该基座20内的一卡钩件34及一使该卡钩件34复位的第二弹性件35。
该盖体10包括一壳体11及一框架13。该壳体11前端设有一第一端壁111,该第一端壁111靠近中部向内设有一第一滑槽112,该第一滑槽112形成一与该第一端壁111相连的第一槽壁115,该第一槽壁115中部设有一开口116。该壳体11内侧邻近该第一滑槽112设有一卡置块113及一挡止块114。该框架13前端设有一可与该壳体11的第一端壁111卡合的第二端壁131,该第二端壁131靠近中部向内与该第一滑槽112对应设有一第二滑槽132,该第二滑槽132形成一与该第二端壁131相连的第二槽壁133。该框架13邻近该第二滑槽132一端设有一通孔134,该通孔134与该壳体11的卡置块113及挡止块114相对应。该框架13邻近该第二滑槽132的另一端设有一固定部136,该固定部136设有一穿孔137。该框架13邻近该第二滑槽132中部设有一卡置部138。
该磁铁31呈一楔形块,通过粘贴收容固定于盖壳体11的卡置块113与挡止块114之间。
该扳动件32包括一主体部321,该主体部321一侧壁向外垂直间隔设有两连接部322及一卡置部323,该两连接部322及该卡置部323连接于一扳动部324。该两连接部322的底面分别设有一抵顶部326,用以抵顶该框架13的第二槽壁133。
该第一弹性件33装设于该框架13,其一端钩扣于该扳动件32的卡置部323,另一端钩扣于该框架13的固定部136的穿孔137。
该基座20包括一底座21及一盖板22,该盖板22对应该盖体10的通孔134设有一容置槽221,该盖板22于该容置槽221的一端设有一斜面226(参见图5)。该容置槽221包括一第一侧壁222及一第二侧壁223,该第一侧壁222底部设有一第一钩扣部224,该第一侧壁222与该第二侧壁223的底部中间处设有一挡块225。该底座21与该容置槽221的第二侧壁223相对处间隔设有一第一板211及一第二板213,该第一板211上部为一斜面215。
该卡钩件34为一铁磁性材料制成,其包括一中间部341,该中间部341上下分别延伸一卡钩342及一卡扣部343,该中间部341设有一第二钩扣部344,该卡钩342上部与该磁铁31对应呈一楔形面,该卡钩342包括一卡置部345。
该第二弹性件35横向装设于该基座20的容置槽221内,其一端钩扣于该第一侧壁222的第一钩扣部224,另一端钩扣于该卡钩件34的第二钩扣部344。本实施方式中,该第一弹性件33及该第二弹性件35均为一弹簧。
组装时,首先将该磁铁31用粘胶粘贴装设于该壳体11的卡置块113与挡止块114之间,再将该扳动件32装设于该框架13的第二滑槽132内,并使该扳动件32的主体部321卡置于该框架13的卡置部138,该扳动件32的两连接部322及该卡置部323架设于该第二槽壁133上,且该两连接部322的抵顶部326抵顶于该第二槽壁133。然后再装设该第一弹性件33,将该第一弹性件33一端钩扣于该扳动件32的卡置部323,另一端穿过该穿孔137而钩扣于该框架13的固定部136。之后将该框架13与该壳体11盖合,该扳动件32的两连接部322及该卡置部323收容于该第一槽壁115的开口116,该扳动部324可在该第一滑槽112与该第二滑槽132内滑动,此时该盖体10组装完成。
然后,再组装该基座20。将该卡钩件34的卡扣部343置于该底座21的第一板211与该第二板213之间,将该第二弹性件35一端钩扣于该卡钩件34的第二钩扣部344,另一端钩扣于该盖板22的第一侧壁222的第一钩扣部224。之后,再将该盖板22盖合于该底座21,该卡钩件34的卡钩342及中间部341收容于该容置槽221内,该卡钩342抵接于该盖板22的斜面226底部,该第二弹性件35位于该挡块225之上。
请一并参照图5至图8,将该盖体10枢转装设于该基座20,旋转该盖体10至该盖体10接触该底座20时,该卡钩件34受该盖体10内的磁铁31的吸引力作用向该盖体10运动并最终该卡钩件34的卡钩342抵接于该磁铁31,该第二弹性件35受斜向上拉伸,该卡钩件34的卡扣部343抵顶于该基座20的第二侧壁223底部,且该卡扣部343横向抵顶于该挡块225。此时,该盖体10与该基座20扣合。
当要掀起该盖体10时,向上扳动该盖体10,该卡钩件34与该磁铁31脱离,同时,该卡钩件34受该第二弹性件35回复力作用斜向下运动,从而该卡钩件34的卡钩342卡置于该框架13的内侧,并且该卡钩件34的卡扣部343卡置于该基座的挡块225处。此时,该盖体10与该基座20仍处于扣合状态。
推动该盖体10上的扳动件32的扳动部324,该扳动件32的主体部321将该卡钩件34向通孔134方向推动直至该卡钩件34的卡钩342脱离该盖体10的框架13,该卡钩件34的卡钩342受该第二弹性件35回复力拉动沿着该盖板22的斜面226落入该容置槽221内,并挡止于该盖板22的斜面226底部。该卡钩件34的卡扣部343脱离该挡块225沿该底座21的第一板211的斜面215落入该第一板211与该第二板213之间,从而操作者可将该盖体10打开。

Claims (10)

1.一种卡钩装置组合,其包括一设有一通孔的盖体、一基座、一卡钩件及一活动装设于所述盖体的扳动件,所述卡钩件包括一可穿过所述盖体通孔并卡置于所述盖体的卡钩,其特征在于:所述卡钩装置组合包括一磁铁,所述磁铁装设于所述盖体并与所述通孔相对,所述卡钩件为一铁磁性材料制成,其活动装设于所述基座,所述卡钩件可受所述磁铁吸附而将所述盖体与所述基座扣合。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述卡钩装置组合包括一用以使所述扳动件复位的第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件两端分别连接所述扳动件与所述盖体。
3.如权利要求1所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述盖体包括一壳体及一框架,所述磁铁装设于所述壳体内侧边缘,所述通孔开设于所述框架边缘。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述卡钩装置组合包括一用以使所述卡钩件复位的第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件横向装设,其两端分别连接所述卡钩件与所述基座,掀起所述盖体,所述卡钩件脱离所述磁铁并受所述第二弹性件回复力作用斜向下运动,卡置于所述框架内侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述基座设有一与所述盖体的通孔相对应的容置槽,所述卡钩可收容并隐藏于所述容置槽内。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述基座于所述容置槽的一端设有一斜面,所述斜面可挡止所述卡钩。
7.如权利要求5所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述基座底部与所述容置槽对应间隔设有一第一板与一第二板,所述卡钩件包括一卡扣部,所述卡钩件隐藏于所述基座内时,所述卡扣部可收容于所述第一板与所述第二板之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述第一板上部为一斜面,所述卡钩件的卡扣部受所述第二弹性件回复力作用时可沿所述斜面滑入所述第一板与所述第二板之间。
9.如权利要求7所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述容置槽包括一第一侧壁、一第二侧壁及一设于所述第一侧壁与所述第二侧壁之间的挡块,所述卡钩件受所述磁铁吸附或所述第二弹性件拉动时,所述卡扣部可抵顶于所述挡块。
10.如权利要求9所述的卡钩装置组合,其特征在于:所述卡钩件受所述磁铁吸附时,所述卡扣部还抵顶于所述第二侧壁底部。
