Abstract

一种电脑提手固定装置,用于将一提手固定于电脑基座,基座设有具有通孔的固定片,提手端部设有通孔,基座对应固定片的通孔设有至少一穿孔。电脑提手固定装置包括一末端具有扣钩的锁固件,锁固件的扣钩可穿过固定片的通孔和提手的通孔并进入基座的穿孔,该扣钩通过锁固件旋转一个角度卡扣于基座内侧,即可固定提手于电脑基座上。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种电脑提手固定装置。
【背景技术】
笔记本电脑由于其便携性而获得广泛应用,通常使用者用电脑包长距离携带笔记本电脑,而较短距离时用电脑包携带则显得较为不便。因此,业界便出现了在笔记本电脑上安装提手的构想。如美国专利公告第5,351,508号即披露了一种装有提手的笔记本电脑,其中提手通过螺栓锁固于笔记本电脑的基座。但是,通过螺栓锁固这种方法需要使用螺丝起子等工具逐个把螺栓拧紧或拧松,费时费力,不方便使用者在需要时随时拆卸及安装提手。
【发明内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种便于使用者拆卸及安装的提手固定装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的:一种电脑提手固定装置,用于将一提手固定于电脑基座,基座设有具有通孔的固定片,提手端部设有通孔,基座对应固定片的通孔设有至少一穿孔。电脑提手固定装置包括一末端具有扣钩的锁固件,锁固件的扣钩可穿过固定片的通孔和提手的通孔并进入基座的穿孔,该扣钩通过锁固件旋转一个角度卡扣于基座内侧,即可固定提手于电脑基座上。
所述穿孔具有一较宽的穿越部及一较窄的固定部,固定部旁边设一用于容置扣钩的固定槽。
所述锁固件与基座之间设一弹性件,所述扣钩是一对,所述弹性件是一弹簧,容置于扣钩之间。
所述锁固件具有一较大的头部,及自头部向下延伸的中空的轴部,所述扣钩是自轴部向下延伸;所述头部的直径比固定片的通孔的直径小,但比提手的通孔的直径大。
所述头部外侧形成有便于使用者操作的较宽的一字槽。
采用这样的结构后,仅需旋转锁固件一定角度至扣钩卡扣于固定槽内,即可把提手固定于电脑上,也仅需向内按压锁固件后旋转锁固件一定角度即可脱离电脑,因此方便使用者随时安装及拆卸提手。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1、图2与图8,本实用新型电脑提手固定装置是用于将一提手10固定于一电脑20。提手10包括一横梁11和自横梁11两端弯折形成的一对折片12,各折片12邻近其未端开设一通孔121。电脑20在本实施方式中为一笔记本电脑,其包括一基座21及自基座21两侧伸出的两固定片23,在图1中为了更好显示,把基座的上盖以及枢接于上盖的显示屏26去掉。各固定片23分别开设一通孔231,基座21在对应通孔231位置处开设有对称之两穿孔24。每一穿孔24包括一较宽的穿越部241及一较窄的固定部242,该基座21在固定部242附近形成一狭长的固定槽25。
电脑提手固定装置包括一对锁固件30和一对弹性件40。请一起参阅图3,该锁固件30包括一圆形头部31、一自头部31往下延伸的中空的轴部32、以及一对自轴部32向下延伸的卡扣部33,该卡扣部33末端向外延伸一L形的扣钩331。该头部31的外表面设计成一字槽311,该一字槽311的宽度较宽,方便使用者拆卸及安装。该弹性件40在本实施方式中是一螺旋弹簧,容置于中空轴部32的卡扣部33之间。该头部31的直径比轴部32的直径以及提手10的通孔121的直径大,但比固定片23的通孔231的直径小。
如图4-7所示,组装时,首先将提手10的折片12置于电脑的固定片23与基座21之间,然后将容置有弹性件40的锁固件30穿过电脑20的固定片23的通孔231及提手10的通孔121,其中锁固件30的两个卡扣部33再继续穿过对应穿孔24的穿越部241,这时,弹性件40抵顶在两个穿孔24之间的位置上,并且被压缩;旋转锁固件30,使扣钩331移到固定槽25之上,然后松开锁固件30,弹性件40的弹性恢复力使扣钩331紧紧扣在固定槽25内。
当需拆卸提手10时,向内按压锁固件30,使扣钩331脱离固定槽25,旋转锁固件30至其扣钩331对准穿孔24的穿越部241,然后松开锁固件30,锁固件30在弹性件40作用力下向外弹开,即可方便取下锁固件30,提手10亦可脱离电脑基座21。

Claims (8)

1.一种电脑提手固定装置,用于将一提手固定于电脑基座,基座设有具有通孔的固定片,提手端部设有通孔,其特征在于:所述基座对应固定片的通孔设有至少一穿孔,所述电脑提手固定装置包括一末端具有扣钩的锁固件,锁固件的扣钩可穿过固定片的通孔和提手的通孔并进入基座的穿孔,所述扣钩通过锁固件旋转一个角度卡扣于基座内侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的电脑提手固定装置,其特征在于:所述穿孔具有一较宽的穿越部及一较窄的固定部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电脑提手固定装置,其特征在于:所述穿孔的固定部旁边设一用于容置扣钩的固定槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的电脑提手固定装置,其特征在于:所述锁固件与基座之间设一弹性件。
5.如权利要求4所述的电脑提手固定装置,其特征在于:所述扣钩是一对,所述弹性件是一弹簧,容置于扣钩之间。
6.如权利要求2-5任一项所述的电脑提手固定装置,其特征在于:所述锁固件具有一较大的头部,及自头部向下延伸的中空的轴部,所述扣钩是自轴部向下延伸。
7.如权利要求6所述的电脑提手固定装置,其特征在于:所述头部的直径比固定片的通孔的直径小,但比提手的通孔的直径大。
8.如权利要求6所述的电脑提手固定装置,其特征在于:所述头部外侧形成有一字槽。
