本实用新型属于机床领域，特别适用于滚齿机。
背景技术
目前国内已有弹性联轴器都不具有飞轮的作用，飞轮和弹性联轴器分属于两个部分，使结构变得比较复杂，增加了制造成本，降低了性价比，有待改进。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供集飞轮和弹性联轴器为一体，简化结构、降低成本，提高性价比的一种用于滚齿机的飞轮弹性联轴器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：将弹性套、垫圈套装在弹性销上，在将它们通过弹簧垫圈和螺母一起固定在半联轴器上，将平键装在动力轴上，用紧固螺钉固定。将另一平键装在另一传动轴上，套上飞轮半联轴器，用螺钉、轴端挡圈固定，再将两部分套在一起组成。
本实用新型的有益效果是集飞轮和弹性联轴器为一体，简化结构，降低制造成本，提高性价比。

具体实施方式
当动力从动力轴1通过平键2传递到用紧固螺钉14固定在动力轴1上的半联轴器5转动，同时，用垫圈4和螺母3一起固定在半联轴器5上且套装有弹性套7和垫圈6的弹性销8又把动力传递到飞轮半联轴器10，用螺钉12、轴端挡圈13固定在飞轮半联轴器10内套的另一动力轴11上的另一平键9又将动力传递给该轴带动其运动件运转，这就是本实用新型工作的全过程。

  1. 一种用于滚齿机的飞轮弹性联轴器，其特征在于该联轴器是将弹性套、垫圈套装在弹性销上，再将它们通过弹性垫圈和螺母一起固定在半联轴器上，将平键装在动力轴上，然后将半联轴器套装在动力轴上，用紧固螺钉固定，将另一平键装在另一传动轴上，在套上飞轮半联轴器，用螺钉、轴端挡圈固定，再将两部分套在一起组成。
