本实用新型涉及一种纳米抗菌复合包装膜,属新型结构多层食品包装材料技术领域,本实用新型的目的是设计一种纳米抗菌复合包装膜,用来克服和解决阻隔性、阻湿性和阻气性不好的问题;纳米抗菌复合包装膜由内封层、粘合层2、4、中间层、印刷层五层组成,内封层、粘合层2、中间层、粘合层4、印刷层为自内向外依次排列加工制成,纳米抗菌复合包装膜用于食品包装,物理机械性能好,具有良好的稳定性、耐热性、韧性和透明性、耐酸、耐碱、抗老化,降低紫外线照射、阻隔空气侵入、抗菌杀菌、可有效的抑制细菌的生长和食品的腐烂变质、防止包装内容物的香气和湿气向外泄露、使食品保持新鲜的原汁原味、延长包装内容物的保鲜期的有益效果、优点和特点。

纳米抗菌复合包装膜
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种纳米抗菌复合包装膜,属新型结构多层食品包装材料技术领域。
背景技术:目前,在食品包装材料中,无论硬包装还是软包装,高阻隔性是食品包装材料的一项重要性能指标,因为包装内容物的货价寿命(保质期)与此性能直接相关;为提高聚合物包装材料的阻隔性,世界上多年来开发出多达好几百种塑料包装材料,通常采用五层共挤尼龙膜或铝箔、真空镀铝膜与聚烯烃等材料进行多层复合,其中有些达到了相当好的阻隔性,但要使其阻隔性达到玻璃容器或金属那样的水平,仍有相当大的距离;目前阻隔材料中最优秀的共挤尼龙膜阻气性尚佳,但阻湿性却部好;铝箔、真空镀铝膜与聚烯烃的复合包装材料,工艺复杂、成本较高、回收困难;当前,纳米技术研究成果的应用为进一步提高包装材料的阻隔性开辟了新的途径;利用纳米级材料较大比表面积产生的量子效应和表面效应,使其具有更大结合面,更强的极性和非极性力,以及锐钛型纳米级二氧化钛(TiO2)具有杀菌广谱性等优点,在聚烯烃基材中添加纳米级助剂,将挤出吹胀成的抗菌膜作为内封层,经流延挤出与印刷膜复合,制出具有抗菌功能的复合包装膜,通过控制阻隔层的厚度可以调节阻隔性能,以满足不同应用的要求。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是设计一种纳米抗菌复合包装膜,用来克服和解决阻隔性、阻湿性和阻气性不好的问题;纳米抗菌复合包装膜由内封层、粘合层2、中间层、粘合层4、印刷层五层组成,内封层、粘合层2、中间层、粘合层4、印刷层为自内向外依次排列加工制成,内封层是添加0.5%-2%锐钛型纳米级二氧化钛(TiO2)的聚烯烃构成的抗菌层,粘合层2、4是由低密度聚乙烯(Low densitypolyethylene)构成,中间层为高真空镀铝膜(vacuummetallizedpolyester film),印刷层为由双向拉伸聚丙烯(biaxiallyoriented polypropylene)制得;纳米抗菌复合包装膜用于食品包装。
本实用新型的有益效果、优点和特点:
1、物理机械性能好,具有良好的稳定性、耐热性、韧性和透明性,耐酸、耐碱、抗老化,经测试:总厚度为90μm~100μm,纵横向断裂伸长率为50%,透氧率降低10%,透湿率降低50%;
2、降低紫外线照射,防止紫外线对食品的破坏作用,延长包装内容物的保质期;
3、阻隔空气侵入、抗菌杀菌、可有效的抑制细菌的生长和食品的腐烂变质;
4、防止包装内容物的香气和湿气向外泄露、使食品保持新鲜的原汁原味;
5、其优异的抗菌阻隔性能使在同样的条件下,能够使用非药物的方法延长包装内容物的保鲜期,以增加物流时间来达到帮助商家将产品推向更广阔市场的目的。

具体结构
如图1所示:纳米抗菌复合包装膜由内封层1、粘合层2、中间层3、粘合层4、印刷层5五层组成,内封层1、粘合层2、中间层3、粘合层4、印刷层5为自内向外依次排列经流延挤出工艺加工制成,内封层1是添加0.2%~2%锐钛型纳米级二氧化钛(TiO2)的聚烯烃构成的抗菌层,粘合层2、4是由低密度聚乙烯(Low density polyethylene)构成,中间层3为高真空镀铝膜(vacuum metallized polyesterfilm),印刷层5为由双向拉伸聚丙烯(biaxially orientedpolypropylene)制得;
实施方式
以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)树脂为复合内封层主料,添加2%锐钛型纳米级二氧化钛母粒和5%的其它功能助剂材料,挤出吹胀成抗菌内封膜;该内封膜与由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)构成的粘合层、高真空镀铝膜(VMPET)和双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)印刷膜经流延挤出工艺制得纳米抗菌复合包装膜。经黑龙江省塑料质检站测定:拉断力无大的变化,纵横向断裂伸长率为50%,透氧率降低10%,透湿率降低50%,从图2中可以看出,阻隔空气的进入和防紫外线的效果均有加强,防香气和湿气的外扩散浸透也有所提高。该抗菌复合膜阻隔性、机械性能均较传统包装膜有很大提高,且耐酸、耐碱、抗老化。经纳米材料改性的复合包装膜将无机物的刚硬性与有机物的柔软性充分结合,能有效地防止包装材料在流通领域中损坏;其优异的抗菌阻隔性能,在同样的条件下,能够使用非药物的方法延长包装内容物的保鲜期,以增加物流时间来达到帮助商家将产品推向更广阔市场的目的。

1、纳米抗菌复合包装膜,由内封层(1)、粘合层(2)、中间层(3)、粘合层(4)、印刷层(5)五层组成,其特征在于:内封层(1)、粘合层(2)、中间层(3)、粘合层(4)、印刷层(5)为自内向外依次排列经流延挤出工艺加工制成,内封层(1)是添加0.2%~2%锐钛型纳米级二氧化钛的聚烯烃构成的抗菌层,粘合层(2、4)是由低密度聚乙烯构成,中间层(3)为高真空镀铝膜,印刷层(5)为由双向拉伸聚丙烯制得。
