本实用新型公开了一种伸缩型球笼式万向节滚道结构,由内球笼1和外球笼2相对而组成,内球笼1和外球笼2都采用V形直槽滚道,V形直槽夹角范围在60°到90°之间,钢球3夹在两个V形直槽滚道中实现定位,万向节摆动时钢球在V形槽内做纯滚动运动,轴向伸缩时钢球沿V形槽滑动。该V形直槽滚道的加工需要的拉刀为三角形刀刃,比圆形或椭圆形刀刃的加工简单,加工该滚道结构对拉刀的外形精度要求不高,降低了拉刀的成本,同时拉削时切削量也较圆筒形直槽滚道小。

本实用新型涉及机械传动技术领域,具体是一种伸缩型球笼式万向节的滚道结构。
                         背景技术
现有的伸缩型球笼式万向节的内、外滚道为圆筒形直槽结构,通常采用拉削加工。其滚道截面为圆形或椭圆形,拉削时沿整个圆周或椭圆圆周进行,切削量大;加工该滚道结构对拉刀的外形精度要求高,加工复杂、价格高。
                         发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新的伸缩型球笼式万向节的滚道结构,设计为直槽滚道结构,以降低加工难度,降低对拉刀刀刃加工的要求和成本,同时降低拉削时的切削量。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
把伸缩型球笼式万向节的内、外滚道从圆筒形直槽改为V形直槽,钢球通过V形槽定位。万向节摆动时钢球在V形槽内做纯滚动运动,轴向伸缩时钢球沿V形槽滑动。
本实用新型的效果是:V形直槽滚道的加工需要的拉刀为三角形刀刃,比圆形或椭圆形刀刃的加工简单,加工该滚道结构对拉刀的外形精度要求不高,降低了拉刀的成本,同时拉削时切削量也较圆筒形直槽滚道小。

                         具体实施方式
参见图1,伸缩型球笼式万向节的滚道结构由内球笼1和外球笼2相对而组成,内球笼1和外球笼2都有V形直槽滚道,钢球3夹在两个V形直槽滚道中实现定位。万向节工作绕ω方向转动时,外球笼2的V形直槽滚道的一个面给钢球3一个作用力Fa,钢球3则给内球笼1的V形直槽滚道的对应面一个作用力Fb,实现整体转动。显然,V形直槽夹角α越小,传动的有效作用力越大。但α角过小的话,加工滚道所需的拉刀刀刃很尖,会比较脆弱,因此,夹角α通常取60°到90°为宜。
对比图2A和图2B可见,加工本实用新型的V形直槽滚道结构的拉刀刀刃轮廓4为三角形,其前端倒圆。比加工传统的圆筒直槽型滚道结构的圆形拉刀刀刃轮廓5要简单得多,较容易加工制得。加工V形直槽滚道结构,球笼毛坯在锻造时预先成形角度较小的V形槽轮廓6与拉刀刀刃轮廓4相交,可以降低拉削量并保护拉刀刀尖。图2B中V形槽轮廓6与刀刃轮廓4之间十字阴影部分面积代表的加工切削量,显然它比图2A的圆筒直槽型滚道的加工切削量要小,因此有效地降低了拉削时的切削量,图2A中7是圆筒直槽轮廓。

1、一种伸缩型球笼式万向节滚道结构,由内球笼(1)和外球笼(2)相对而组成,其特征在于:内球笼(1)和外球笼(2)都采用V形直槽滚道,钢球(3)夹在两个V形直槽滚道中实现定位。
2、根据权利要求1所述的伸缩型球笼式万向节滚道结构,其特征在于:所述的V形直槽夹角范围在60°到90°之间。
