Abstract

一种刮板运输机的中部槽联接装置，中部槽两侧有链环，中部槽一侧连接铲板，中部槽另一侧的链环穿过档板侧面的长方孔，用销子从档板的上部圆孔穿入链环，使中部槽与档板连为一体。由于本实用新型采用上述结构，保证了煤矿的安全生产，取消了工人每班紧固螺栓的工序，提高了生产效率，降低了事故率，该装置拆卸方便，工作效率大大提高，并且降低了材料消耗，节约了大量资金。

本实用新型涉及一种煤矿刮板运输装置。
                              背景技术
目前，在煤矿生产中广泛使用的一种SGW-630/150C型刮板运输机，其中部槽与档板、铲板是用菱头螺栓连接的，结合面比较紧密。由于受井下潮湿环境的影响，螺母容易锈蚀，拆卸不方便，安装较困难，并且中部槽的螺栓槽容易磨损，螺栓槽增大，螺栓脱落，中部槽与档板拖开，致使煤机掉道，卡断运输链，严重影响生产，大大降低了生产效率。
                              发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种拆卸方便且能保证安全生产提高生产效率的刮板运输机的中部槽联接装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：中部槽两侧有链环，中部槽一侧连接铲板，中部槽另一侧的链环穿过档板侧面的长方孔，用销子从档板的上部圆孔穿入链环，使中部槽与档板连为一体。
由于本实用新型采用上述结构，保证了煤矿的安全生产，取消了工人每班紧固螺栓的工序，提高了生产效率，降低了事故率，该装置拆卸方便，工作效率大大提高，并且降低了材料消耗，节约了大量大资金。

                            具体实施方式
实施例：中部槽4两侧焊接有Φ26mm×92mm的链环1(链环1端部割去一部分，约26mm，割去端部的链环1垂直焊接在中部槽4侧面)，中部槽4的两侧分别在对称的位置焊接两个链环1，中部槽4的一侧用菱头螺栓连接铲板5，中部槽4另一侧的链环1穿过档板3侧面100mm×30mm的长方孔6，用Φ25mm×150mm的销子2从档板3的上部圆孔7(Φ30mm)穿入链环1，使中部槽4与档板3连为一体。
