技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电缆用支架,尤其是一种电力电缆隧道弧形支架。
背景技术
国内已有的隧道电缆通常采用竖直的支架,由于隧道的截面通常呈圆弧形,这种支架并不适合隧道内使用,普遍存在占用空间较大的不足,而且焊接的直线支架还容易出现强度方面的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题,提出一种可充分利用圆形隧道的内空间,提高支架的可靠性和稳定性的电力电缆隧道弧形支架,采用弧形的结构,并配合可拆卸紧固件实现若干水平横担的连接,非常便于施工。
为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型的电力电缆隧道弧形支架,包括:
弧形立柱,呈圆弧形结构,沿所述弧形立柱上开设了若干等弧长的安装孔;
若干水平横担,包括一水平部,在所述水平部的一端有与水平部之间呈一定夹角的连接部,在所述连接部和水平部上开设有连接孔;
可拆卸连接件,将所述安装孔和所述连接孔连为一体。

具体实施方式
请参见附图1和2所示,本实用新型的电力电缆隧道弧形支架包括一个弧形的立柱10、和若干水平横担20组成,弧形立柱10呈圆弧形结构,沿弧形立柱10上的弧面上开设了若干等弧长的安装孔101。水平横担20的主体为一水平部201,在水平部201的一端有一连接部202,连接部202与水平部201之间有一定夹角,二者为一体化结构。在连接部202上开设有第一连接孔2021、在水平部201上近连接部202一端开设第二连接孔2011。
安装时,弧形立柱10紧贴隧道内的预制钢带(未图示出),弧形立柱10与圆形隧道内的预制钢带采用焊接或螺栓连接,这种紧贴隧道的方式可以充分利用圆形隧道的内空间,提高支架的可靠性和稳定性。将水平横担20的水平部201和连接部202一端通过第一、二连接孔2021、2011与弧形立柱10用螺栓紧固连接,在布局上,水平横担20可以按照弧形立柱10的等弧长来设置,由此形成若干水平横担20相互平行的布局。
此外,水平横担20上可根据设计要求安装电缆约束线夹或固定线夹,横担20外侧加装塑料保护套,避免工人和电缆被划伤,防止由此引发的事故。弧形立柱10按规定的间距布满安装孔101,便于水平横担20安装位置的上下调节。所有金属构件均采用热浸镀锌工艺进行表面处理,提高支架的防腐蚀性能,提高支架的使用寿命。

1、电力电缆隧道弧形支架,其特征在于:
弧形立柱,呈圆弧形结构,沿所述弧形立柱上开设了若干等弧长的安装孔;
若干水平横担,包括一水平部,在所述水平部的一端有与水平部之间呈一定夹角的连接部,在所述连接部和水平部上开设有连接孔;
可拆卸连接件,将所述安装孔和所述连接孔连为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电力电缆隧道弧形支架,其特征在于,
在连接部上开设有第一连接孔,在水平部上近连接部一端开设第二连接孔。
3、根据权利要求2所述的电力电缆隧道弧形支架,其特征在于,
所述可拆卸连接件为螺栓。
4、根据权利要求3所述的电力电缆隧道弧形支架,其特征在于,
所述水平部和连接部为一体结构。
5、根据权利要求4所述的电力电缆隧道弧形支架,其特征在于,
所述的水平横担上设置电缆约束线夹或固定线夹,所述的横担外侧加装塑料保护套。
