密封垫，是一种管网堵漏装置，它克服了目前技术的不足，它是由橡塑类托瓦层、骨架受力层、橡塑类密封层、网格楞为一体的，其外层为橡塑类托瓦层，中间为骨架受力层，里层为橡塑类密封层；密封层上面四周为楞，其中间为各个独立封闭的网格楞；受力层为受力骨架；此装置适用于管网堵漏方面。

一、本实用新型涉及一种管网堵漏装置，尤其是密封垫。
二、背景技术：随着管道泄漏的增多，堵漏方式也多样化，密封材料也层出不穷。目前，国内大多数密封垫虽然能起到一定的密封作用，能达到一定的堵漏目的。但是，它们在使用上都不同程度地存在着不耐寒、不耐热、承载压力低、依附钢制托瓦的问题。因此，应用范围小，使用寿命短。
三、发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供密封垫，它克服了目前技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由橡塑类托瓦层、骨架受力层、橡塑类密封层、网格楞为一体的，其中：橡塑类托瓦层为外层，骨架受力层为中间层，橡塑类密封层为里层；密封层上四周为楞，其中间为各个独立封闭的网格楞；受力层为骨架。
工作原理：使用时，将橡塑类密封层对准管网泄漏点，用钢带将橡塑类托瓦层直接兜住，然后用钢带拉紧器将钢带拉紧，并锁紧钢带，从而达到堵漏的目的。密封垫托瓦层采用橡塑类材料制作，增加了托瓦的适应性，扩大了密封垫的应用范围(各种直径的直管和弯管)，同时取消了钢制托瓦的不适应性和制造费用；骨架受力层采用受力材料制作，增加了密封垫的受力程度；密封垫的密封层采用不同橡塑类材料制作，可达到耐油，耐热、耐寒、耐磨、耐酸碱的目的。

五、具体实施方式：在图1和2中，密封垫外层为橡塑类托瓦层2，中间为骨架受力层3，里层为橡塑类密封层4；橡塑类密封层上面为四周楞1其中间为各个独立封闭的网格楞1；受力层为受力骨架。

1、密封垫是由橡塑类托瓦层(2)，骨架受力层(3)，橡塑类密封层(4)，网格楞(1)为一体的，其特征是：外层为橡塑类托瓦层(2)，中间为骨架受力层(3)，里层为橡塑类密封层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的密封垫，其特征是：橡塑类密封层(4)上面为四周楞(1)，其中间为各个独立封闭的网格楞(1)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的密封垫，其特征是：骨架受力层(3)为受力骨架。
