本实用新型公开了一种进料卸料装置,它包括箝位环和内螺纹环,箝位环的内径大于内螺纹环的内径,箝位环固定联接在内螺纹环之上,箝位环的底面与内螺纹环的顶面之间留有缝隙。本实用新型采用了箝位环和内螺纹环结构,具有很好的密封性,配合相应的工具,能够非常简单容易的进行液体的输入和输出,在进料卸料过程中液体不易外泄。

本实用新型涉及一种用于集装箱液袋进料卸料的装置。
背景技术
目前往集装箱液袋中进料时,是直接在液袋上开口,通过插入该缺口的管道将液体装载入袋中,然后通过热封技术把缺口封闭;而从集装箱液袋中卸料时,重新在集装箱袋中开口,通过插入该缺口的管道将袋中的液体卸载到其他容器中。这种通过直接在集装箱液袋中开口、封口而进行进料卸料的做法不但使得液体容易外泄不容易装满液袋,而且也破坏了液袋,不能重复使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于集装箱液袋的进料卸料装置,配合相应的工具,能够非常简单容易的进行液体的输入和输出,使得在进料卸料过程中液体不易外泄且液袋可以多次使用。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种进料卸料装置,它包括箝位环和内螺纹环,箝位环的内径大于内螺纹环的内径,箝位环固定联接在内螺纹环之上,箝位环的底面与内螺纹环的顶面之间留有缝隙。
所述的箝位环与内螺纹环之间通过等距设置在圆周方向的八个螺栓结构联接。
在所述内螺纹环的底面沿圆周方向等距设有四条径向槽。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用了箝位环和内螺纹环结构,具有很好的密封性,配合相应的工具,能够非常简单容易的进行液体的输入和输出,在进料卸料过程中液体不易外泄。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实施例的进料卸料装置包括箝位环1和内螺纹环2,箝位环1的内径大于内螺纹环2的内径,箝位环1固定联接在内螺纹环2之上,箝位环1的底面与内螺纹环2的顶面之间留有缝隙3,箝位环1与内螺纹环2之间通过等距设置在圆周方向的八个螺栓结构4联接,在内螺纹环的底面沿圆周方向等距设有四条径向槽5。
该装置设置在集装箱液袋的袋体上,其中箝位环位于袋体外,而内螺纹环位于袋体内,通过螺栓结构将袋壁密封夹紧在缝隙之间。当进料时,将带有相配的外螺纹的输送管旋入本实用新型的内螺纹中而通过该输送管输送液体到液袋内,然后旋出管道而旋上塞子;当卸料时,旋开塞子,同样将带有相配的外螺纹的输送管旋入本实用新型的内螺纹中而通过该输送管输送袋内的液体到其他容器中。
虽然本实用新型以一较佳实施例揭露如上,但并非用以限定本实用新型实施的范围。任何本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的发明范围内,当可作些许的改进,即凡是依照本实用新型所做的同等改进,应为本实用新型的发明范围所涵盖。

1、一种进料卸料装置,其特征在于,它包括箝位环和内螺纹环,箝位环的内径大于内螺纹环的内径,箝位环固定联接在内螺纹环之上,箝位环的底面与内螺纹环的顶面之间留有缝隙。
2、如权利要求1所述的进料卸料装置,其特征在于,所述的箝位环与内螺纹环之间通过等距设置在圆周方向的八个螺栓结构联接。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的进料卸料装置,其特征在于,在所述内螺纹环的底面沿圆周方向等距设有四条径向槽。
