本实用新型涉及一种用于除雪车上融雪剂撒布器的控制装置。
                          技术背景
使用除雪车除雪时，需在积雪上撒布融雪剂，融雪剂的撒布，由司机根据地面积雪情况及时操纵选择盘调整电动推杆的左右摆动。控制撒布器的工作方式，现有技术是在线性马达或电动推杆内设置电位器与行程开关，通过运算单元去控制。这种方案，对线性马达或电动推杆以及行程开关都有特殊要求，且控制成本昂贵，所以在设计选型时有很大局限性。
                          发明内容
本实用新型的目的，是要提供一种成本低、定位准确的一种撒布器撒布模式控制装置。
实用新型是这样实现的：在撒布器的支架上，装有一排能被摆动料槽触及的检测开关，检测开关发出的电信号通过CPU单片机控制电动推杆的左右运动。
本实用新型的检测开关安装方便，开关数量可根据需要设置，从而实现定量行程控制，价格低廉，实用可靠，解决了线性马达、电动推杆选择范围窄的问题，适用于各种大小尺寸的撒布盘。

                          具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例介绍本实用新型。
参照图1，由支架1、料槽4、电动推杆5、液压马达6和撒布盘7所组成的撒布器，料槽由电动推杆带动可绕销轴3摆动。在支架1上装有一排能被摆动料槽触及的检测开关2。
参照图2，本实用新型的控制系统，有一个CPU单片机8，其输入端口连接一排检测定位开关2，其输出端口连接电动推杆5的电源输入接口。CPU单片机8还接受选择盘9输入的信号。
