背景技术
冬季高速公路养护的主要工作是除雪防滑，通常采用撒布融雪剂、米砂来除雪抗滑，撒布时既要控制除雪防滑料的均匀度，也要掌握好单位面积内撒布的数量，给冬季的养护工作造成了一定的难度。市场上一台撒布机的售价太高，只在冬季使用，使用率低；人工撒布时，不好控制用量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种除雪撒布机，解决冬季公路养护难点，提高工作效率。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：该撒布机主要由机箱、集料箱、出料斗、电机、减速盘、转轴、抛物盘组成，集料箱连接机箱上，机箱内安装电机，减速盘连接电机轴上，转轴一端连接减速盘，转轴另一端伸出机箱外连接抛物盘，位于集料箱下方位的出料斗连接机箱上，出料口位于抛物盘上方，出料斗与集料箱间有控料插板。
将机箱安装汽车大梁上，除雪剂装入集料箱，启动电机经减速盘、转轴使抛物盘转动将物料抛出。

具体实施方式
如图所示，该撒布机主要由机箱1、集料箱4、出料斗6、电机2、减速盘3、转轴8、抛物盘9组成，集料箱4连接机箱1上，机箱1内安装电机2，减速盘3连接电机2上，转轴8一端连接减速盘3，另一端伸出机箱1外连接抛物盘9，抛物盘9上设曲线抛物槽10，位于集料箱4下方位的出料斗6连接机箱1上，出料斗的出料口7位于抛物盘9上方，出料斗与集料箱间有控料插板5。
使用时，将撒布机的机箱安装车辆大梁上，抛物盘距地面30cm左右，将融雪剂或米砂装入集料箱，通料控料插板控制出料量，启动电机，电机通过减速盘、转轴带动抛物盘匀速旋转，从而将从出料口落在抛物盘上的融雪剂在保持150°扇形倾角范围内均匀撒布道路上，最大撒布直径可达6m，
本实用新型结构简单，成本低廉，操作方便，工作效率高。
