Abstract

一种缓冲式轮压泵,压臂传动装置的上端为轮缘压点,它紧靠铁轨的一侧,并与铁轨上端面齐平,压臂传动装置与机架铰接,压臂传动装置的另一端铰接滚动轮,滚动轮紧靠柱塞泵的柱塞,柱塞泵固定在机架上,柱塞泵的出油口通过单向阀与缓冲缸密封相通,缓冲缸有出油口。它不仅机械磨损小,而且高油压得到有效控制,机械传动的受力磨损小。

缓冲式轮压泵
(一)、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种缓冲式轮压泵,应用于铁路大型编组站、驼峰编解场尾部车辆防溜装置中的单元液压部件。
(二)、背景技术
目前,该装置的轮压泵主要存在的问题如下:1、机械传动部分设计不合理,造成传动装置的卡滞、磨耗、损坏。2、液压泵高压油输出端(包括单向阀和管路)油压过高,轮压泵反向力过大,进一步加剧了机械部分的损坏。
(三)、发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本实用新型提供一种缓冲式轮压泵,它不仅机械磨损小,而且高油压得到有效控制,进而减轻了机械传动的受力磨损。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:压臂传动装置的上端为轮缘压点,它紧靠铁轨的一侧,并与铁轨上端面齐平,压臂传动装置与机架铰接,压臂传动装置的另一端铰接滚动轮,滚动轮紧靠柱塞泵的柱塞,柱塞泵固定在机架上,柱塞泵的出油口通过单向阀与缓冲缸密封相通,缓冲缸有出油口。
由于改进了机械传动装置,所以机械磨损小。由于有缓冲缸,所以瞬间的高油压得到有效控制,进而减轻了机械传动的受力磨损。

(五)、具体实施方式
如附图所示,压臂传动装置5的上端为轮缘压点6,它紧靠铁轨9的一侧,并与铁轨9上端面齐平。压臂传动装置5与机架8铰接,压臂传动装置5的另一端铰接滚动轮3。滚动轮3紧靠柱塞泵4的柱塞,柱塞泵4固定在机架8上。柱塞泵4的出油口通过单向阀1与缓冲缸2密封相通,缓冲缸2有出油口7。所述的缓冲缸2内有弹力胶球11和能形成高压的压力油12。所述的机架8上固定调整螺钉10,用来调整轮缘压点6的上下位置。

1、一种缓冲式轮压泵,其特征在于:压臂传动装置(5)的上端为轮缘压点(6),它紧靠铁轨(9)的一侧,并与铁轨(9)上端面齐平,压臂传动装置(5)与机架(8)铰接,压臂传动装置(5)的另一端铰接滚动轮(3),滚动轮(3)紧靠柱塞泵(4)的柱塞,柱塞泵(4)固定在机架(8)上,柱塞泵(4)的出油口通过单向阀(1)与缓冲缸(2)密封相通,缓冲缸(2)有出油口(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式轮压泵,其特征在于:所述的缓冲缸(2)内有弹力胶球(11)和能形成高压的压力油(12)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式轮压泵,其特征在于:所述的机架(8)上固定调整螺钉(10)。
