技术背景
应用在高效脱硫洗涤器上、置于过渡管和洗涤管之间的溢流堰,进口产品整体是用哈氏合金制得,成本高,溢流堰由筒体和筒体上方的溢流槽组成,溢流槽与筒体空腔间以围板间隔,常用的溢流槽底部为平面结构,槽中沉积的污泥不易排出,影响溢流效果,另外溢流槽的围板上口通常也为平面型,平面上口也易沉积酸泥,影响液体的顺畅流出,从而使筒体内壁上形成的液膜不均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种不易沉积酸泥,溢流效果好、耐温耐磨耐腐蚀的高效脱硫洗涤器用溢流堰,主要改进在于将溢流堰由碳纤维玻璃钢整体成型,溢流槽底部设计为锥形,便于槽中沉积的酸泥滑入锥底排出,将溢流槽围板上口设计为齿形,使液流顺畅且分布均匀,使筒体内壁形成均匀稳定的液膜。具体是这样来实现的:高效脱硫洗涤器用溢流堰,由筒体和筒体上方的溢流槽组成,溢流槽与筒体空腔间以围板间隔,其特征在于溢流堰由碳纤维玻璃钢整体成型,溢流槽底部设计为锥形。
本实用新型还将溢流槽的围板上口设计为齿形,以克服围板平面上口易沉积酸泥阻止液流的不足,液体将沿着齿尖流出,形成的液膜均匀。
本实用新型置于溢流槽上的进液管为切向进液管,切向进液管能使液体在槽内形成旋转沿围板均匀溢出,使管壁上形成均匀的液膜,有效隔离气体与筒体的直接接触。
本实用新型正是通过改进材质以碳纤维玻璃钢制造溢流堰,耐温耐磨耐腐蚀,同时将溢流槽底设计为锥形,排泥爽,溢流效果好,成膜均匀且产品成本低。
