本实用新型公开了一种气动手动两用压力机，它包括框架、工作平台、销轴，工作平台由销轴销于框架的工作位置，框架的上梁处滑套有安装板，安装板上装有油缸，框架的立柱上装有油泵，油泵与油缸用高压软管连接，油泵上连有气缸，气缸上接有进气管，气缸的边侧有手动掀柄。本实用新型气动手动均可以操作，是一种理想的压件装置。

本实用新型涉及一种压力机，具体地说是一种气动手动两用压力机。
                        背景技术
现有的压力机上的油泵通常是用手动泵油来实现油缸活塞杆的顶出，而这种手动泵油的方式，不仅油缸活塞杆的顶出速度慢，而且较为费力。此外，现有压力机的油缸位置和工作平台是固定的，操作起来较为不便。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计出一种气动手动两用压力机。
本实用新型要解决现有压力机的油缸泵油速度慢，泵油费力以及操作不便的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：它包括框架、工作平台、销轴，工作平台由销轴销于框架的工作位置，框架的上梁处滑套有安装板。框架的立柱上装有油泵，安装板上装有油缸，油泵与油缸用高压软管连接；油泵上连有气缸，气缸上接有进气管，气缸的边侧有手动掀柄。
本实用新型既可以用气动操作，又可以用手动操作，或二种操作同时进行。本实用新型在气动操作时，具有泵油速度快、安全性高的优点。在无气源时，进行手动操作又十分方便。本实用新型是一种理想的修理工具。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示，本实用新型包括框架、工作平台以及销轴19。框架由立柱7和立柱7｀、一只底部工字架9和由槽钢13和槽钢14组成的上梁构成。立柱7和立柱7｀的下端固定于工字架9，立柱7和立柱7｀的上端固定有二根作为上梁的槽钢13和槽钢14。立柱7和立柱7｀上各有一排销孔8和销孔8｀。而销孔8和销孔8｀相互对应，销轴17销在相应的工作位置的销孔内。工作平台是由活动槽钢10、活动槽钢11和二块垫块12组成，活动槽钢10以及活动槽钢11搁在销轴19上。框架的上梁上有安装板17，安装板17边侧有套头18，安装板17通过套头18滑套入上梁的槽钢13和槽钢14上。安装板17上安装有油缸15，框架的右侧立柱7上装有油泵2，油泵2与油缸15用高压软管1连接。油泵2上连有气缸4，气缸4上接有进气管6，气缸4的边侧有手动掀柄3，手动掀柄3上套有掀杆5，油缸15上装有压力表16。

1、一种气动手动两用压力机，包括框架、工作平台、销轴，工作平台由销轴销于框架工作位置，框架的上梁上滑套有安装板，其特征在于框架的立柱上装有油泵，安装板上装有油缸，油泵与油缸用高压软管连接；油泵上连有气缸，气缸上接有进气管，气缸的边侧有手动掀柄。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气动手动两用压力机，其特征在于上梁由二根槽钢构成，安装板上有套头，安装板通过套头滑套入上梁的槽钢上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的气动手动两用压力机，其特征在于工作平台由二根槽钢搭成，在工作平台上放有垫块二块。
4、根据权利要求1所述的气动手动两用压力机，其特征在于立柱有二根，每根立柱各有一排销孔，二根立柱上的销孔相互对应，销轴销在相应的销孔内。
5、根据权利要求1所述的气动手动两用压力机，其特征在于手动掀柄上套有掀杆，油缸上装有压力表。
