一种片材机冷却定型辊筒,包括转轴、外胆、内胆,转轴一端为驱动端,另一端为水流出入端,转轴的水流出入端设有出水管和进水管,其特征在于:所述内胆和转轴之间设有至少一对直导管,在外胆和内胆之间设有与直导管数目相同的螺旋导流管,一半数量的直导管右端连接进水管,左端连接对应的螺旋导流管的左端,该螺旋导流管的右端连接出水管;另一半数量的直导管右端连接出水管,左端连接对应的螺旋导流管的左端,该螺旋导流管的右端连接进水管。本实用新型对照现有技术的有益效果是,由于各直导管沿转轴的周向均匀的对称分布,并且各个管道的长度相同,水流过的距离相同,所以能够有效控制辊筒表面轴向及径向的温度均匀,保证辊筒的整体刚性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种片材机,更具体地说涉及一种片材机冷却定型辊筒。
背景技术
现有已知用于挤出片材冷却定型的辊筒,一般包括外胆、内胆、直槽或螺旋槽、内端板、外端板、轴头。普遍存在的问题是:1)流道设计单向流动或不等长结构,造成辊面轴向或径向温度不均匀。2)上述部件材料选择不合理,造成辊面或轴头变形。3)水流入出口分别处于辊筒轴头两端,如果动力直连,会降低动力端轴头强度或动力减速机体积过大。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种片材机冷却定型辊筒,采用的技术方案如下:
本实用新型的片材机冷却定型辊筒,包括转轴、外胆、内胆,转轴一端为驱动端,另一端为水流出入端,转轴的水流出入端设有出水管和进水管,其特征在于:所述内胆和转轴之间设有至少一对直导管,在外胆和内胆之间设有与直导管数目相同的螺旋导流管,一半数量的直导管右端连接进水管,左端连接对应的螺旋导流管的左端,该螺旋导流管的右端连接出水管;另一半数量的直导管右端连接出水管,左端连接对应的螺旋导流管的左端,该螺旋导流管的右端连接进水管。直导管都是成对使用的,如1对、2对、3对等,不能成单数设置,最好是3对以上。
所述各螺旋导流管相同并且相互平行,各进水直导管和出水直导管相同并且相互平行,使得各流道中水流流动的距离一样长。
为了使辊筒表面轴向及径向的温度更均匀,所述各直导管沿转轴的周向均匀的对称分布,右端连接进水管的直导管和右端连接出水管的直导管交替设置。
所述外胆和内胆之间设有3对螺旋导流管,内胆和转轴之间设有3对直导管。
所述内胆两端通过左内端板和右内端板固定在转轴上,外胆两端通过左外端板和右外端板固定在转轴上,各直导管两端分别固定在左内端板和右内端板上。
所述外胆和内胆之间设有多条相互平行的螺旋导流片,将外胆和内胆之间分割成3对螺旋导流管。
本实用新型对照现有技术的有益效果是,由于各直导管沿转轴的周向均匀的对称分布,并且各个管道的长度相同,水流过的距离相同,所以能够有效控制辊筒表面轴向及径向的温度均匀,保证辊筒的整体钢性。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本优选实施例中的片材机冷却定型辊筒,包括转轴1、外胆4、内胆6,转轴1一端为驱动端,另一端为水流出入端,转轴的水流出入端设有出水管10和进水管11。
为了便于描述,螺旋导流管按其中水流方向的不同分为正向和反向螺旋导流管,水流从左端流进的为正向螺旋导流管12,水流从右端流进的为反向螺旋导流管13;直导管按其右端连接水管的不同,接进水管11的设为进水直导管14,接出水管10的设为出水直导管7。
在外胆4和内胆6之间设有3对平行的正向螺旋导流管12和反向螺旋导流管13,内胆4和转轴1之间对应的设有3对与正向螺旋导流管12配合的进水直导管14和与反向螺旋导流管13配合的出水直导管7。
进水直导管14右端连接进水管11,左端连接正向螺旋导流管12,正向螺旋导流管12的右端连接出水管10,出水直导管7右端连接出水管10,左端连接反向螺旋导流管13,反向螺旋导流管13的右端连接进水管11。
内胆6两端通过左内端板3和右内端板8固定在转轴1上,外胆两端通过左外端板2和右外端板9固定在转轴1上,各进水直导管和各出水直导管设在左内端板3和右内端板8之间,并沿转轴1的周向均匀的对称分布。
所述外胆4和内胆6之间设有多条相互平行的螺旋导流片5,将外胆4和内胆6之间分割成3对正向螺旋导流管12和反向螺旋导流管13。
所述各正向螺旋导流管12和反向螺旋导流管13的管道相同并且相互平行,各进水直导管14和出水直导管7的相同并且相互平行,所以每一个水流通道的距离都是相同的,并且各直导管沿转轴的周向均匀的对称分布,因此能够有效控制辊筒表面轴向及径向的温度均匀,保证辊筒的整体钢性。

1、一种片材机冷却定型辊筒,包括转轴、外胆、内胆,转轴一端为驱动端,另一端为水流出入端,转轴的水流出入端设有出水管和进水管,其特征在于:所述内胆和转轴之间设有至少一对直导管,在外胆和内胆之间设有与直导管数目相同的螺旋导流管,一半数量的直导管右端连接进水管,左端连接对应的螺旋导流管的左端,该螺旋导流管的右端连接出水管;另一半数量的直导管右端连接出水管,左端连接对应的螺旋导流管的左端,该螺旋导流管的右端连接进水管。
2、如权利要求1所述的片材机冷却定型辊筒,其特征在于:所述各螺旋导流管相同并且相互平行,各进水直导管和出水直导管相同并且相互平行。
3、如权利要求2所述的片材机冷却定型辊筒,其特征在于:所述各进水直导管和各出水直导管沿转轴的周向均匀的对称分布,右端连接进水管的直导管和右端连接出水管的直导管交替设置。
4、如权利要求3所述的片材机冷却定型辊筒,其特征在于:所述外胆和内胆之间设有3对螺旋导流管,内胆和转轴之间设有3对直导管。
5、如权利要求4所述的片材机冷却定型辊筒,其特征在于:所述内胆两端通过左内端板和右内端板固定在转轴上,外胆两端通过左外端板和右外端板固定在转轴上,各直导管两端分别固定在左内端板和右内端板上。
6、如权利要求4或5所述的片材机冷却定型辊筒,其特征在于:所述外胆和内胆之间设有多条相互平行的螺旋导流片,将外胆和内胆之间分割成3对螺旋导流管。
