背景技术
目前，应用的常规水处理絮凝设备主要缺点在絮凝时间长，絮凝效果不理想，达不到沉淀要求的絮凝效果，絮凝池体积庞大，占地面积大，基建费用投资高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：
提供一种星形翼片隔板絮凝设备，其目的是在反应池内设置带翼片的隔板，使水流在流经翼片隔板后，形成大量频率和强度可控的旋涡，并提供足够的旋涡衰减空间，形成密实和粒度均匀的矾花。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
絮凝用的隔板是由数条至数拾条星形翼片垂直于水流排列而成。
星形翼片的边棱可以有延展外沿。
各翼片之间夹角为0——90。
本实用新型的有益效果是：

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述：
如图1所示，按一定间距将数组至数十组星形翼片分别排列固定在水廊内，图中箭头方向即为水流方向，当水流进入反应池后，在池体边壁，竖向隔板和翼片的作用下，按流体边界层分离及绕流机理，形成规定强度、频率和衰减速度的旋涡流，在此过程中矾花颗粒碰撞长大，达到沉淀要求后进入沉淀池。其中星形及各种变形的星形翼片均可达到最佳效果。

1、一种星形翼片隔板絮凝设备，包括支撑框架、支撑筋、反应池体、排泥管，其特征是：絮凝用的隔板是由数条至数拾条星形翼片垂直于水流排列而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种星形翼片隔板絮凝设备，其特征是：星形翼片的边棱可以有延展外沿。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种星形翼片隔板絮凝设备，其特征是：各翼片之间夹角为0-90。
