本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种能满足镍网系列产品多样化需求的圆点圆筒浆点镍网电镀模具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种圆点圆筒浆点镍网电镀模具，包括中心轴、基管、铜层、镍层和感光胶网点，中心轴装置于基管的两端，铜层复合于基管外表面，镍层复合于铜层外表面，其特点是镍层外表面密布有按径向设置的圆点网点型腔，网点型腔内嵌置圆点感光胶网点。
本实用新型能生产出圆点镍网，迎合了各种不同大小花回花型的市场需要。且感光胶网点布置密集、均匀，生产的镍网开孔率高，开孔均匀，韧性、弹性好，透光均匀，能有效防止印花色差，壁厚均匀一致，可提高印花质量。

具体实施方式：
如图1～3，本实用新型为一种圆点圆筒浆点镍网电镀模具。主要由中心轴1、无缝钢管2、铜层3、镍层4和感光胶网点5组成。中心轴1装置于无缝钢管2的两端，铜层3复合于无缝钢管2外表面，镍层4复合于铜层3外表面，镍层4外表面密布有按径向滚压成型的圆点网点型腔41，网点型腔41内嵌置圆点感光胶网点5。感光胶网点5在模具外表面呈经向错位排列布置。

1、一种圆点圆筒浆点镍网电镀模具，包括中心轴(1)、基管(2)、铜层(3)、镍层(4)和感光胶网点(5)，中心轴(1)装置于基管(2)的两端，铜层(3)复合于基管(2)外表面，镍层(4)复合于铜层(3)外表面，其特征在于镍层(4)外表面密布有按径向布置的圆点网点型腔(41)，网点型腔(41)内嵌置圆点感光胶网点(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种圆点圆筒浆点镍网电镀模具，其特征在于圆点感光胶网点(5)在模具外表面呈经向错位排列布置。
