本实用新型公开了一种气泡发生器,在设有进气管(6)的筒体(4)一端设有喷嘴(1),另一端设有缸套(9),在所述的缸套(9)内设有活塞(7)及在所述的活塞(7)与所述的缸套(9)之间设有弹簧(8),在所述的筒体(4)内设有阀杆(3),所述的阀杆(3)一端与所述的喷嘴(1)对应,另一端固装在所述的活塞(7)上。本实用新型是一种产生的气泡微细、弥散均匀、便于调控、不易堵塞,能自动控制调节空气流量,在气体失压时能自动关闭且操作简单,同时能够进行载流维修和更换的气泡发生器,可用于冶金矿山、非金属矿山、煤炭、造纸、环保等多种领域。

本实用新型涉及一种气泡发生器。
                     背景技术
气泡的发生对冶金、矿山、化工、环保及其它行业的工艺生产有着十分重要的影响,适宜的气泡尺寸和良好的弥散程度是工业生产获得理想技术指标的重要条件之一。
目前在我国冶金、矿山、化工等行业中,气泡的产生大多依靠中空轴-叶轮导入式、布袋式等方法获得,这些方式存在着气泡尺寸不理想,弥散程度差,难以调控等缺陷。
                   实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种产生的气泡微细、弥散均匀、便于调控、不易堵塞,能自动控制调节空气流量,在气体失压时能自动关闭的气泡发生器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:在设有进气管的筒体一端设有喷嘴,另一端设有缸套,在所述的缸套内设有活塞及在所述的活塞与所述的缸套之间设有弹簧,在所述的筒体内设有阀杆,所述的阀杆一端与所述的喷嘴对应,另一端固装在所述的活塞上。
采用上述技术方案的气泡发生器,在使用前,缸套内的弹簧对活塞产生作用力,将阀杆顶在喷嘴上,喷嘴处于关闭状态,使用时,从筒体上的进气管充入高压气体,当高压气体的压力大于弹簧的弹力时,活塞后退带动阀杆后退,从而喷嘴打开,高压气体从喷嘴喷出,具有充气量大、气泡微细、弥散均匀、可获得气泡比表面积最大化等技术特点,在气体失压时弹簧推动阀杆前进顶在喷嘴上自动关闭喷嘴,喷嘴不易堵塞,能自动控制调节空气流量,并且操作简单,同时能够进行载流维修和更换。
综上所述,本实用新型是一种产生的气泡微细、弥散均匀、便于调控、不易堵塞,能自动控制调节空气流量,在气体失压时能自动关闭且操作简单,同时能够进行载流维修和更换的气泡发生器。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型用详细说明。
参见附图,在设有进气管6的筒体4一端设有喷嘴1,另一端设有缸套9,在缸套9内设有活塞7及在活塞7与缸套9之间设有弹簧8,在筒体4内设有前支座2和后支座5,阀杆3套装在前支座2和后支座5上,阀杆3一端与喷嘴1对应,另一端固装在活塞7上。
在使用前,缸套9内的弹簧8对活塞7产生作用力,将阀杆3顶在喷嘴1上,喷嘴1处于关闭状态,使用时,从筒体4上的进气管6充入高压气体,当高压气体的压力大于弹簧8的弹力时,活塞7后退带动阀杆3后退,从而喷嘴1打开,高压气体从喷嘴1喷出,在气体失压时弹簧8推动阀杆3前进顶在喷嘴1上自动关闭喷嘴1,喷嘴1不易堵塞,且能自动控制调节空气流量。

  1. 一种气泡发生器,其特征是:在设有进气管(6)的筒体(4)一端设有喷嘴(1),另一端设有缸套(9),在所述的缸套(9)内设有活塞(7)及在所述的活塞(7)与所述的缸套(9)之间设有弹簧(8),在所述的筒体(4)内设有阀杆(3),所述的阀杆(3)一端与所述的喷嘴(1)对应,另一端固装在所述的活塞(7)上。
