一种在两层钢管的夹层中填充混凝土而成的新型钢管混凝土结构,尤其是能减小结构自重和提高结构的抗弯刚度。制造时保证外管和内管的截面几何形心重合,外钢管和内钢管相平或者外钢管比内钢管低1cm-10cm。按截面形式可分为圆套圆中空夹层钢管混凝土、方套圆中空夹层钢管混凝土、圆套方中空夹层钢管混凝土、方套方中空夹层钢管混凝土,矩形套矩形中空夹层钢管混凝土、方形套矩形中空夹层钢管混凝土和圆形套矩形中空夹层钢管混凝土,其钢材可以采用普通强度钢材或屈服强度在550Mpa以上的高强钢材,混凝土可以是普通混凝土或抗压强度在80-120MPa的高强混凝土和自密实混凝土,而且可以采用钢管外直径或外边长与钢管壁厚的比值为40-150的薄壁钢管混凝土。
