Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于图像生成装置的显影粉盒,特别是一种具有底面出粉口的显影粉盒。
背景技术
在图像生成装置中,如静电复印机或数码复印机及一体打印机,设置有用于对形成与感光鼓上的静电潜像进行显影的显影装置,该显影装置将碳粉敷设于静电潜影上进行显影,而显影所消耗的碳粉一般由显影粉盒提供,该显影粉盒以可脱开的方式安装于设在显影装置规定位置的安装部分,当盒内的碳粉用完后,将更换新的显影粉盒。
在已授权公告的CN 1109933C号专利中,公开了一种显影粉盒结构,其具体结构为:一个盒体,内部装有碳粉,底部设有出粉口;一个法兰,设置在出粉口周围;一个闸板,相对法兰滑动的设置,以关闭或者打开该出粉口,该闸板包括一面朝所述法兰下表面的平板、平板侧壁延伸出的支撑部分及与其中一支撑部分一体形成的卡爪,该卡爪包括一个与支撑部分连接的刚性部分、由刚性部分向外延伸的弹性部分以及设在弹性部分末端靠近法兰一侧的导向部分和远离法兰一侧的锁定部分,当卡爪的导向部分与法兰的缺口配合时,闸板开启出粉口;当闸板偏离缺口与法兰一边配合时,卡爪被图像生成装置的一个定位件锁定,从而关闭该出粉口。然而,在实际应用中,该卡爪的弹性部分长时间处于形变状态而不易恢复,卡爪将失去卡扣的功效,且由于卡爪与阀板一体形成,若卡爪损坏,则整个阀板也将报废。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能可靠实现阀板的卡爪与出粉口的法兰卡合的显影粉盒。
为实现上述目的;本实用新型提供如下的技术方案:一种显影粉盒,包括用于盛装碳粉的盒体,其底部设有出粉口,出粉口周围还设有法兰;与出粉口及法兰联系放置的闸板,该闸板移动的开启或关闭该出粉口;及可分离的组设该闸板上的卡扣件。
与先前的技术相比,本实用新型具有如下功效:卡扣件可分离的组设在阀板上,可以很容易的控制并可靠的实现卡扣件与法兰的卡合;同时,由于卡扣件为独立的构件,若损坏,可只更换该卡扣件而不必更换整个闸板,从而降低的使用的成本。

实施方式
参见图1,该显影粉盒2是安装到图像生成装置的安装部7中的,该图像生成装置包括与该显影粉盒2配合的限位块1、导向板3、手柄4、密封海绵8及碳粉补充口10。其中,该密封海绵8铺设在碳粉补充口10的周围。为便于理解,在本实施方式中,以Xa方向表示显影粉盒2安装到导向板3上的运动方向,Xb表示与Xa相反的脱开方向;Ya表示显影粉盒2插入到安装部7的方向,Yb表示与Ya相反的取出方向。
参见图2至图4,该显影粉盒2包括一个盛装碳粉的主体21、一个上盖22、设置在显影粉盒2底部的闸板5及卡扣件6和设置在显影粉盒2一端的动力接收部分23、定位部分24及碳粉填充口28。其中,主体21的侧壁靠近底部的附近设有一推杆21a,而底部设有出粉口29,该出粉口29周围围设有法兰27,法兰27在出粉口附近的侧壁设有圆凸台27a,该圆凸台是与闸板5内侧壁的凹槽5a相配合。卡扣件6通过一铰链51铰接于闸板5的侧壁上。在闸板5侧壁还设有一限位柱52,以限制卡扣件6向一侧旋转的范围。闸板5可以沿着法兰27滑动,从而使推杆21a控制卡扣件6绕铰轴51旋转,以实现闸板5开启和关闭出粉口29的功效。
参见图5至图8,在限位块1的内侧,设有一扣位1a,该扣位用以限制卡扣件6向另一侧旋转的范围。整个显影粉盒2的工作过程如下:初始时,供粉口29处于关闭状态。将显影粉盒2沿Ya方向插入到安装部7内,然后扳动手柄4使该显影粉盒2在导向板3上沿Xa方向运动,当闸板5与密封海绵8接触时,圆凸台27a与凹槽5a配合的力克服闸板5和海绵8的摩擦力,使闸板5和粉盒一起继续沿Xa方向运动,当闸板5与限位块1接触后,闸板5停止运动,而显影粉盒2继续沿Xa方向运动,此时,出粉口29被打开并与图1示的碳粉补充口10对接,同时,推杆21a推动扣位件6的一端,使其绕铰链51逆时针旋转而扣住扣位1a,该显影粉盒2处于补剂工作状态;当扳动手柄4使该显影粉盒2在导向板3上沿Xb方向运动时,由于卡扣件6仍处于扣住扣位1a的状态,闸板5和卡扣件6静止不动,而显影粉盒2继续沿Xb运动,出粉口关闭,接着推杆21a推动卡扣件6的另一端,使其绕铰链51顺时针旋转与扣位1a脱开,此时,显影粉盒2和闸板5、卡扣件6将一起沿Xb运动,直至显影粉盒2与限位块1完全脱离,沿Yb方向即可取出该显影粉盒2。
在该结构中,卡扣件和闸板是分离的,即使卡扣件坏了,也不会影响到闸板的报废;本实施例中,卡扣件材质采用韧性好的POM(聚甲醛)所制成,其截面的形状可以是矩形或者“H”型。

Claims (7)

1、一种显影粉盒,包括用于盛装碳粉的盒体,其底部设有出粉口,出粉口周围还设有法兰;与出粉口及法兰联系放置的闸板,该闸板可移动的开启或关闭该出粉口;及卡扣件,其特征在于:该卡扣件可分离的组设在该闸板上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的显影粉盒,其特征在于:所述卡扣件是通过铰链组设在该闸板上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的显影粉盒,其特征在于:所述闸板侧壁设有凹槽,而对应的法兰边缘设有与该凹槽相配合的凸台。
4、根据权利要求3所述的显影粉盒,其特征在于:所述闸板与成像设备的限位块相配合,当盒体移动至出粉口开口位置时,卡扣件与限位块的扣位相扣合。
5、根据权利要求4所述的显影粉盒,其特征在于:所述盒体的侧壁底部设有用于控制卡扣件与限位块卡持或松开的推杆。
6、根据权利要求4所述的显影粉盒,其特征在于:所述限位块表面设有防止碳粉泄漏的密封海绵。
7、根据权利要求4所述的显影粉盒,其特征在于:所述卡扣件的截面为矩形或者“H”型。
