Abstract
一种套筒式变流速旋流组合反应器,包括外筒和内筒,圆柱形外筒和锥形内筒同心套在一起;其中内筒是筒径上细下粗的锥形变径内筒,变径内筒的下端与伸出外筒的出水扩散管连接,变径内筒的上端浸没在外筒内,并置有内筒搅拌器;外筒下部的切向与进水及加药管相连接。出水扩散管是喇叭口形。进水及加药管与外筒下部连接处连接旋流引导器,该旋流引导器呈切向向上旋流状。解决流体混合、反应、絮凝、排泥速度慢、耗能高、混合均匀度较差的技术问题。它集混合、反应、絮凝与脱气排泥功能于一体,大大提高流体净化的效率,具有混合均匀、反应完全、絮凝、排泥速度快的特点,可用于污水、中水净化处理。

本实用新型涉及一种水处理装置。
背景技术
目前,城市中水正在逐步推广应用,但传统城市污水处理厂的二级处理出水无法满足中水回用的要求,主要原因是悬浮物、总磷含量超标。现有的流体混合反应装置包括沉淀池,体积较大,流体混合、反应、絮凝、排泥需要较大空间,进水、搅拌、排泥均需消耗大量电量,而且混合均匀度较差、反应速度慢。
实用新型内容本实用新型要提供一种套筒式变流速旋流组合反应器,解决流体混合、反应、絮凝、排泥速度慢、耗能高、混合均匀度较差的技术问题。
本实用新型套筒式变流速旋流组合反应器的技术方案:包括外筒和内筒,其特征在于:圆柱形外筒和锥形内筒同心套在一起;其中内筒是筒径上细下粗的锥形变径内筒,变径内筒的下端与伸出外筒的出水扩散管连接,变径内筒的上端浸没在外筒内,并置有内筒搅拌器;外筒下部的切向与进水及加药管相连接。
上述出水扩散管是喇叭口形。
上述进水及加药管与外筒下部连接处连接旋流引导器,该旋流引导器呈切向向上旋流状。
有益效果:本实用新型利用水力混凝反应动力学原理,水流在外管与变径内管交界处呈旋流变速运动,与混凝剂混合均匀、混合速度快;水流在变径内筒内与絮凝剂混合,搅拌区域体积小,搅拌器耗能少,絮凝体随内筒直径的逐渐扩大而缓速下沉,与气体和泥渣一起从出水扩散管排出;可使进水在同一容器里完成混合、反应、絮凝体的成长与脱气排泥四个流程,集混合、反应、絮凝与脱气排泥功能于一体,大大提高流体净化的效率。具有混合均匀、反应完全、絮凝、排泥速度快的特点,可用于污水、中水净化处理。

具体实施方式
实施例如图1、2、3所示:本实用新型套筒式变流速旋流组合反应器包括外筒和内筒,圆柱形外筒和锥形内筒同心套在一起;其中内筒是筒径上细下粗的锥形变径内筒3,变径内筒的下端与伸出外筒的喇叭口形出水扩散管5连接,变径内筒的上端浸没在外筒2内,并置有内筒搅拌器4,变径内筒上端有高分子絮凝剂投加口8,该口可与絮凝剂加药管或絮凝剂加药器连接;外筒下部的切向与进水及加药管1相连接。进水及加药管1上设有混凝剂投加口9,该口可与混凝剂加药管或混凝剂加药器连通。上述进水及加药管与外筒下部连接处连接旋流引导器6,该旋流引导器呈切向、向上旋流状连接在外筒壁上。
工作应用过程:本实用新型的套筒式变流速旋流组合反应器置于容器7内,进水经过进水及加药管1与投加的混凝剂混合,并经过进水及加药管1的初步混合,旋流进入外筒2。外筒连接一个旋流引导器6,进水经过该旋流引导器后产生一个向上的旋转流速。由于内筒是变径内筒3,外筒2与变径内筒3之间的间隙由下向上逐渐增大,使进水在外筒旋流向上时的流速逐渐变慢,这有利于流体均匀混合反应。当进水流经外筒的顶端时跌入变径内筒进口,在内筒搅拌器4的搅拌作用下与同时在此处投加的高分子絮凝剂混合均匀。在进水与高分子絮凝剂充分混合后,进水速度自变径内筒上端至下端逐渐变慢,变径内筒的下端连接出水扩散管5,其作用是将进水在容器7内均匀地混合、反应、絮凝,絮凝后的泥渣经排泥管10排出。

1.一种套筒式变流速旋流组合反应器,包括外筒和内筒,其特征在于:圆柱形外筒和锥形内筒同心套在一起;其中内筒是筒径上细下粗的锥形变径内筒,变径内筒的下端与伸出外筒的出水扩散管连接,变径内筒的上端浸没在外筒内,并置有内筒搅拌器;外筒下部的切向与进水及加药管相连接。
