本实用新型涉及发电机的技术领域,具体地说是一种静音风力发电机。
背景技术:
现有的风力发电机往往采用水平装于地面的结构,这种风轮正面直接迎风,风轮受阻后变形旋转,因而在气流中旋转的风轮噪声很大,风轮的转速减慢,发电机发电效率低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的风轮发电机,它可克服现有技术中风轮噪音大、发电机发电效率低的一些不足。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种风力发电机,它主要包括发电机组和设在发电机组上的支架,其特征在于:支架上设有至少4片垂直于地面的风轮。
使用时本实用新型的发电机设有垂直于地面的风轮,这种风力发电机无方向性,降低了启动风速,提高了发电机转速,继而提高了发电效率,同时风轮呈流线型,大大降低了迎风的噪声,达到了静音的效果。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
本实用新型主要包括发电机组1和设在发电机组上的支架2,其特征在于:支架上设有至少4片垂直于地面的风轮4,发电机组是由发电机7、发电机轴5和离合器6依次连接而成的,离合器外设有风轮的支架轮毂8,支架轮毂上设有至少8根支架,每两根支架上设有一风轮,风轮通过支架和支架轮毂连接到离合器,再经离合器连接到增速器和发电机,风轮呈流线型,每片风轮之间的夹角相等,绕着发电机组等距分布,这种流线型风轮大大降低了迎风噪声。
在实施中,发电机组设在风力发电机的立杆3上,采用5个风轮垂直安装在支架上,风轮、支架和支架轮毂均采用轻型材料制作而成的,在低风速时也能旋转发电,同时360度的任意风向均能使风轮受到风力而旋转,这种风力发电机无方向性,降低了启动风速(约在2m/s风速启动),提高了发电机转速,发电效率提高了18-20%。

1、一种风力发电机,它主要包括发电机组和设在发电机组上的支架,其特征在于:支架上设有至少4片垂直于地面的风轮。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机,其特征在于:发电机组是由发电机、发电机轴和离合器依次连接而成的,离合器外设有风轮的支架轮毂。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种风力发电机,其特征在于:支架轮毂上设有至少8根支架。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机,其特征在于:风轮呈流线型,每片风轮相互平行,绕着发电机组等距分布。
