本发明公开了一种微型风力发电机,包括风轮、增速箱和发电机,发电机包括转子和定子,转子包括转子轴,转子轴与增速箱连接,风轮包括风轮轴,风轮轴上套接有两支撑轮,两支撑轮间连接有连接叶片,支撑轮包括固定盘和均布设置于固定盘侧面的支撑叶片,支撑叶片呈伞状设置,连接叶片两端分别连接于两支撑轮的支撑叶片上。本发明技术方案的一种微型风力发电机,结构简单,占据空间小,便于安装,安装时不受安装环境的限制,能够被广泛应用,提高风力发电的应用范围,提高风能的应用。

技术领域
本发明属于发电机领域,更具体的说涉及一种微型风力发电机及其应用。
背景技术
风能是一种新型能源,风力发电机已经被投入使用,但是现有的风力发电机以其庞大的体积及复杂的安装,受到地域和环境的限制,现在中国,风力发电机发电量占用电总量比例小,风力发电还有待开发,特别是需要发展微型风力发电机,使其能够被广泛的应用在人们生活的各个领域,增大风力发电量占用电总量的比例,节省不可再生能源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种微型风力发电机及其应用,提供一种结构简单、占空间小,便于安装的微型风力发电机,并将本微型风力发电机应用在电动游览观光车,保证电动游览观光车在旅游高峰期,游客量大的时候能够不间歇的投入使用,避免电动游览观光车停车充电。
本发明技术方案一种微型风力发电机,包括风轮、增速箱和发电机,发电机包括转子和定子,所述转子包括转子轴,所述转子轴与增速箱连接,所述风轮包括风轮轴,所述风轮轴上套接有两支撑轮,两支撑轮间连接有连接叶片,所述支撑轮包括固定盘和均布设置于固定盘侧面的支撑叶片,所述支撑叶片呈伞状设置,所述连接叶片两端分别连接于两支撑轮的支撑叶片上。
优选的,所述连接叶片和支撑叶片均设置有三片,所述两支撑轮呈轴对称设置,呈伞状设置支撑叶片背向展开,支撑叶片横截面呈弧形,并朝向风轮轴轴线方向弯曲。
优选的,所述连接叶片两端分别间隔的连接在两支撑轮上的支撑叶片上。
优选的,所述连接叶片呈弧形,并呈螺旋状的连接在两支撑轮的支撑叶片上。
优选的,所述增速箱内设置有增速齿轮组,所述增速齿轮组包括与风轮轴连接的大齿轮和与发电机转子轴连接小齿轮。
一种微型风力发电机的应用,所述微型风力发电机应用于电动游览观光车上,所述微型风力发电机设置于电动游览观光车顶上,所述风轮轴的轴线方向与电动游览观光车车头方向一致,电动游览观光车底部设置有稳压器,所述稳压器与发电机连接,稳压器上还连接有变压器,所述变压器上连接有蓄电池,所述蓄电池上连接有逆变器,所述逆变器上连接有电动机。
本发明技术方案的一种微型风力发电机,风轮结构的设计,大大缩小了风轮整体结构,切风轮能够接收来自各个方向上的风力,并在风力的作用下风轮轴进行旋转,通过增速箱将风轮轴的转动速度增加,带动发电机转子,实现发电机发电。
本发明技术方案的一种微型风力发电机,发电机发输出的电流经过稳压器和变压器将电量存储在电动游览观光车底部的蓄电池内,并将蓄电池内的直流电经过逆变器逆变为交流电,并被电动游览观光车上的电动机使用;本微型风力发电机结构的设计,使得电动游览观光车无论是在行驶中还是提车时都能进行发电,保证电动游览观光车电量的供应,避免电动游览观光车在人流高峰期中出现电量不足需要停车充电的现象。
本发明技术有益效果:
本发明技术方案的一种微型风力发电机,结构简单,占据空间小,便于安装,安装时不受安装环境的限制,能够被广泛应用,提高风力发电的应用范围,提高风能的应用。

具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员理解本发明技术方案,现结合说明书附图对本发明技术方案做进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,一种微型风力发电机,包括风轮1、增速箱2和发电机3,发电机3包括转子和定子,所述转子包括转子轴01,所述转子轴01与增速箱2连接,所述风轮1包括风轮轴7,所述风轮轴7上套接有两支撑轮02,两支撑轮02间连接有连接叶片8,所述支撑轮02包括固定盘6和均布设置于固定盘6侧面的支撑叶片5,所述支撑叶片5呈伞状设置,所述连接叶片8两端分别连接于两支撑轮02的支撑叶片5上。
如图1和图2所示,所述连接叶片8和支撑叶片5均设置有三片,所述两支撑轮02呈轴对称设置,呈伞状设置支撑叶片5背向展开,支撑叶片5横截面呈弧形,并朝向风轮轴7轴线方向弯曲,所述连接叶片8两端分别间隔的连接在两支撑轮02上的支撑叶片5上,所述连接叶片8呈弧形,并呈螺旋状的连接在两支撑轮02的支撑叶片5上,所述增速箱2内设置有增速齿轮组,所述增速齿轮组包括与风轮轴7连接的大齿轮4和与发电机转子轴01连接小齿轮9。
如图3和图4所示,一种微型风力发电机的应用,所述微型风力发电机应用于电动游览观光车上,所述微型风力发电机设置于电动游览观光车11顶上,所述风轮轴7的轴线方向与电动游览观光车11车头方向一致,电动游览观光车11底部设置有稳压器13,所述稳压器13与发电机10连接,稳压器13上还连接有变压器14,所述变压器14上连接有蓄电池15,所述蓄电池15上连接有逆变器16,所述逆变器16上连接有电动机12。
本一种微型风力发电机的应用中,将微型风力发电机设置于电动游览观光车11顶部,避免风轮1接收到风力的作用,将电动机等设置在电动游览观光车11底部,便于电动游览观光车11保持平衡。

1.一种微型风力发电机,包括风轮、增速箱和发电机,发电机包括转子和定子,所述转子包括转子轴,所述转子轴与增速箱连接,其特征在于,所述风轮包括风轮轴,所述风轮轴上套接有两支撑轮,两支撑轮间连接有连接叶片,所述支撑轮包括固定盘和均布设置于固定盘侧面的支撑叶片,所述支撑叶片呈伞状设置,所述连接叶片两端分别连接于两支撑轮的支撑叶片上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型风力发电机,其特征在于,所述连接叶片和支撑叶片均设置有三片,所述两支撑轮呈轴对称设置,呈伞状设置支撑叶片背向展开,支撑叶片横截面呈弧形,并朝向风轮轴轴线方向弯曲。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种微型风力发电机,其特征在于,所述连接叶片两端分别间隔的连接在两支撑轮上的支撑叶片上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种微型风力发电机,其特征在于,所述连接叶片呈弧形,并呈螺旋状的连接在两支撑轮的支撑叶片上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型风力发电机,其特征在于,所述增速箱内设置有增速齿轮组,所述增速齿轮组包括与风轮轴连接的大齿轮和与发电机转子轴连接小齿轮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型风力发电机的应用,其特征在于,所述微型风力发电机应用于电动游览观光车上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种微型风力发电机的应用,其特征在于,所述微型风力发电机设置于电动游览观光车顶上,所述风轮轴的轴线方向与电动游览观光车车头方向一致,电动游览观光车底部设置有稳压器,所述稳压器与发电机连接,稳压器上还连接有变压器,所述变压器上连接有蓄电池,所述蓄电池上连接有逆变器,所述逆变器上连接有电动机。
