[0002] 风能是一种清洁的可再生能源。太阳辐射对地球表面的不均勻性加热是风的主要成因。目前,随着各国对环境保护、能源短缺等问题的日益关注,风力发电行业已受到越来越多的重视。风轮叶片是接受风能的基本部件,是风力发电机中最基础和最关键的部件,其良好的设计、可靠的质量和优越的性能是保证机组正常稳定运行的决定因素。叶片的翼型及扭曲、叶片的数量和尖速比都直接影响叶片接收风能的效率。对叶片的主要要求有:密度小、机械性能和疲劳强度好、能经受暴风等极端恶劣条件和随机负荷等。
[0003] 萨伏纽斯风力机是一种阻力型垂直轴风力机。它拥有所有垂直轴风力发电机所特有的优点:1)风轮机塔架结构简单,无需对风装置;2)发电机传动机构和控制机构等装置在地面或低空,维修维护方便;3)叶片容易制造、成本低。这些优点,可以降低垂直轴风力发电机的研发和制造成本,更易于垂直轴风力发电机在城市等低风速区推广。该风力机为S 型叶片,具有机构简单,起动力矩大等特点。但是,这种阻力型风力机与升力型风力机(如现代螺旋桨式水平轴风力机)相比,功率系数较低,尖速比小。因而应用很少,只是在农村和偏远地区用来提水灌溉等。近年来,由于发电机技术的快速发展,一些适用于低转数风力机的发电机不断出现,这就给萨伏纽斯风力机提供了应用的机会,使其可以应用在小容量离网型风力发电上。
[0004] 现有的萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机叶片的剖切面多为半圆形,这种叶片结构对风的利用率较低,在某些方向上,风的吹力反而会成为阻力,而且没有刚性翅片结构的叶片结构中,由于空气流通路径简单,没有对风力进行多级利用,进一步不利于效率的提高。
发明内容
[0005] 本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中风利用率不足,提供一种磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机叶片。
[0006] 一种磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机叶片,其特征在于包括转轴、刚性翅片、叶片和底座圆盘;转轴穿过底座圆盘并固定在其上,叶片沿圆周均勻排列于底座圆盘上,叶片的侧面固定在转轴上,刚性翅片固定于叶片表面内侧。
[0007] 使用本实用新型,由于叶片的竖直方向上的投影是曲率随轴心向外不断减小的曲线,增加了风对叶片的推力,叶片上排列有刚性翅片,增加风对叶片的推力,产生了在叶片内的空气流道,更好的增加了效率和对风的利用率。

[0011] 如图1〜2所示,阵列式磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机叶片结构包括转轴1、刚性翅片2、叶片3和底座圆盘4 ;转轴1穿过底座圆盘4并固定在其上,叶片3沿圆周均勻排列于底座圆盘4上,叶片3的侧面固定在转轴1上,一系列刚性翅片2与叶片3成一定角度固定于叶片3表面内侧。
[0012] 如图1〜2所示,叶片3可以为一个或多个,叶片3竖直方向上的投影不是传统的半圆形,而是曲率随轴心向外不断减小的曲线。

1. 一种磁悬浮萨伏纽斯转子风力发电机叶片,其特征在于包括转轴(1)、刚性翅片 O)、叶片(3)和底座圆盘⑷;转轴(1)穿过底座圆盘⑷并固定在其上,叶片(3)沿圆周均勻排列于底座圆盘⑷上,叶片⑶的侧面固定在转轴⑴上,刚性翅片⑵固定于叶片 ⑶表面内侧。
