目前,钢筋混凝土拼装楼板,能承受双向荷载,整体性好,不需现场支模,而且造价低,吊装、运输容易。拼装楼板的钢筋混凝土预制构件通常用带肋钢筋混凝土预制构件板(见03227765.2专利申请),在钢筋混凝土预制构件纵向肋下两侧开有孔洞,现穿钢筋穿过预制构件纵向肋下两侧的孔洞,连接多块钢筋混凝土预制构件板,使钢筋纵横交错布局,拼装楼板能承受双向荷载。但由于纵向肋下两侧的孔洞通常穿钢筋用,孔径开的小,使这种预制构件板存在以下不足:1,这种预制构件板带预应力,使带肋预应力钢筋混凝土预制构件板上产生偏心距,在预应力作用下,预制构件板产生反拱,使板底不平整,偏心距大,反拱值大;偏心距小,反拱值就小,而小孔洞不能减小反拱值;2,孔径开得小,现穿钢筋也不方便。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能减小反拱值、使板底平整,现穿钢筋也方便的带肋预应力钢筋混凝土预制构件板。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的,该带肋预应力钢筋混凝土预制构件板,包括钢筋混凝土底板、钢筋混凝土纵向肋,在钢筋混凝土预制构件板纵向肋下两侧开有长条形或长弧形孔洞。
由于带肋预应力钢筋混凝土预制构件板的偏心距是预应力钢筋至预制构件板截面形心的距离,长条形或长弧形孔洞在孔洞处将底板与纵向肋分开的距离长,减小了预制构件板的在长条形孔洞处的偏心距,使预制构件板反拱值减小,板底也就平整,现穿钢筋也方便。

参考图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7,图8该带肋预应力钢筋混凝土预制构件板,包括钢筋混凝土底板1、钢筋混凝土纵向肋2,在钢筋混凝土预制构件板纵向肋2下两侧开有长条形孔洞3或长弧形孔洞4,所述的长条形孔洞3或长弧形孔洞4底边长L与孔洞高H之比L/H≥1.5。
带肋预应力钢筋混凝土预制构件板的偏心距是预应力钢筋5至预制构件板截面形心的距离,长条形孔洞3或长弧形孔洞4在孔洞3、4处将底板1与纵向肋2分开的距离L长,减小了预制构件板的偏心距,这样长条形孔洞3或长弧形孔洞4减小了反拱值,使板底1平整,现穿钢筋也方便。用于拼装楼板时,将多块预制构件板靠紧,现穿钢筋穿过长条形孔洞3或长弧形孔洞4后加上预应力,在相邻两肋形成的槽内再浇筑混凝土,使多块预制构件板、现穿钢筋、现浇混凝土结合成整体。
