背景技术:
现在常用带肋钢筋混凝土预制构件板(03227765.2)拼装楼板。这种带肋预制构件板在纵向肋两侧开有孔洞,拼装楼板时,将钢筋穿过预制构件纵向肋下两侧的孔洞,连接多块钢筋混凝土预制构件,在预制构件形成的槽内浇注混凝土,使预制构件、现穿钢筋、现浇混凝土结成整体。这种预制楼板整体性好,能承受双向荷载,不需现场支模,施工周期短。但存在以下不足:由于底板厚度的影响,穿孔钢筋与底板底面之间的距离比较大,穿孔钢筋的性能得不到充分的应用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够充分利用穿孔钢筋性能、自重轻、造价低的带肋钢筋混凝土预制板。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的,该带肋钢筋混凝土预制板,包括钢筋混凝土底板、纵向肋、预应力钢筋,在钢筋混凝土预制板纵向肋两侧开有通孔洞,其特征在于孔洞对应的底板上有凹槽。
楼板由多块钢筋混凝土预制板拼装组成,穿孔钢筋穿过预制板纵向肋下两侧的孔洞,放置在底板凹槽上,同时连接多块钢筋混凝土预制板,再浇筑混凝土填平。由于穿孔钢筋放置位置较低,能够充分利用穿孔钢筋的性能,底板上的凹槽能增强预制板与混凝土的粘结,增强了楼板的整体性能。

参考图1-图5,该带肋钢筋混凝土预制板,包括钢筋混凝土底板1、纵向肋2,预应力钢筋3,所述的钢筋混凝土纵向肋2下两侧开有通孔洞5,孔洞5对应的底板上有凹槽4。拼装楼板时,将多块钢筋混凝土预制板靠紧,现穿钢筋6穿过预制板纵向肋2下两侧的孔洞5,放置在底板凹槽4上,连接多块钢筋混凝土预制板,再浇筑混凝土7填平,使预制板、穿孔钢筋6、现浇混凝土7结成整体。由于穿孔钢筋6放置位置较低,能够充分利用穿孔钢筋6的性能,底板1上的凹槽4能增强预制板与混凝土的粘结,增强了楼板的整体性能。
