一种衬套组合式螺杆泵。主要解决现有螺杆泵定子对应点壁厚不相等的、加工难度大、加工成本高的问题。其特征在于:由15-20级对应点等壁厚组成与转子(1)相配的钢定子(3),转子(1)外表面浇注有橡胶(4)。该衬套组合式螺杆泵的定子不仅对应点壁厚相等,而且易加工、加工成本低。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及油田采油领域所用的螺杆泵,尤其是衬套组合式螺杆泵。
背景技术:
在油田采油过程中,机械采油仍是当前采油的主要方法,螺杆泵是一种新型的机械采油设备,适合开采高粘度、含气、含沙的原油;螺杆泵主要由驱动装置通过抽油杆带动转子在定子内转动,达到抽油的目的,而现有螺杆泵因定子对应点的壁厚不相等,而且定子材质是橡胶的,使得转子与定子磨擦不均匀,造成泵效下降,泵的使用寿命缩短,最终造成油井维修工作量增加,维修更换时费时费力,增加了工人劳动强度,而且定子加工难度大、成本高,影响正常生产。
实用新型内容:
为了克服现有嫘杆泵定子对应点壁厚不相等的、加工难度大、加工成本高的不足,本实用新型提供一种衬套组合式螺杆泵,该衬套组合式螺杆泵的定子不仅对应点壁厚相等,而且易加工、加工成本低。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该衬套组合式螺杆泵包括转子及橡胶定子,定子置于泵筒内,转子置于定子内,由15-20级对应点等壁厚组成与转子相配的钢定子,转子外表面浇注有橡胶。
上述的定子内表面也可浇注有橡胶;定子为17级。
本实用新型具有的有益效果是:该衬套组合式螺杆泵由于在泵筒内置有由17级对应点等壁厚组成与转子相配的钢定子,由于定子是有17级对应点等壁厚组成的钢定子,这样就使得转子与定子磨擦减少,提高了泵效,延长了泵的使用寿命,而且定子变短使得加工难度降低、精度提高,加工成本降低,安装维修省时省力,维修工作量减少;同时因转子外表面浇注有橡胶,定子钢材质的,当转子外表面橡胶磨损后,更换时只需将转子抽出即可,最终减少泵的维修工作量,维修更换时省时省力,降低工人劳动强度。

下面结合附图将对本实用新型作进一步说明:
由图1所示,该衬套组合式螺杆泵包括转子1及橡胶定子2,定子2置于泵筒内,转子1置于定子2内,由17级对应点等壁厚组成与转子1相配的钢定子2,定子2内表面也可浇注有橡胶,由于定子是有17级对应点等壁厚组成的钢定子,这样就使得转子1与定子2磨擦减少,提高了泵效,延长了泵的使用寿命,而且定子2变短使得加工难度降低、精度提高,加工成本降低,安装维修省时省力,维修工作量减少;转子1外表面浇注有橡胶3,因转子外表面浇注有橡胶3,定子钢材质的,当转子1外表面橡胶3磨损后,更换时只需将转子1抽出即可,最终减少泵的维修工作量,维修更换时省时省力,降低工人劳动强度。
实际使用时,与现有的螺杆泵一样。

1、一种衬套组合式螺杆泵,包括转子(1)及橡胶定子(3),定子(3)置于泵筒内,转子(1)置于定子(3)内,其特征在于:由15-20级对应点等壁厚组成与转子(1)相配的钢定子(3),转子(1)外表面浇注有橡胶(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的衬套组合式螺杆泵,其特征在于:定子(3)内表面也可浇注有橡胶。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的衬套组合式螺杆泵,其特征在于:定子(3)由17级组成。
