一种绝缘型太阳热水器保温水箱,其特征是:当连接管道4为金属管道时,在该管道与外壳3之间设有一个绝缘圈5,在该管道与内胆1的内侧处采用焊接密封;或者连接管道4采用绝缘管,在该绝缘管与内胆1之间设有密封圈6,实现外壳3与内胆1之间完全绝缘。同现有技术比较,本方案具有以下优点:1)由于外壳与内胆完全绝缘,即使出现电加热器漏电时,人体触及太阳热水器保温水箱外壳也不会触电;2)当太阳热水器遭到雷击时,雷击电流不会通过太阳热水器的管道、电线、信号线导入室内,以保障用户生命财产安全;3)提高太阳热水器保温水箱的保温性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳热水器,特别涉及一种绝缘型太阳热水器保温水箱。
背景技术
现有的太阳热水器所用的保温水箱,其控制仪信号线连接口处、通气口处、进出水处、电辅助加热接口处均采用金属插管或金属管道,由于金属管的导电性,内胆带电时会使保温水箱外壳带电,若不小心便会导致人体触电;同时当外壳带电时也会引起内胆带电,且通过水管、电加热器电线、控制仪信号线传至室内,特别是当发生雷击时,产生的高压电会通过上述管线损坏家用电器,甚至危及人身安全;此外由于金属管道热阻小,这些金属管道连接处成为保温水箱的主要散热点,对水的保温不利。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种绝缘型太阳热水器保温水箱,在保温水箱与外部的接口处采用绝缘措施,确保保温水箱外壳不带电,以保证人身安全及避免家用电器损坏。
一种绝缘型太阳热水器保温水箱,包括内胆1,绝缘层2,外壳3,连接管道4,其特征在于:当连接管道4为金属管道时,在该管道与外壳3之间设置一个绝缘圈5,在该管道与内胆1的内侧处采用焊接密封;或者连接管道4采用绝缘管,在该绝缘管与内胆1之间设有密封圈6,实现外壳3与内胆1之间完全绝缘。
同现有技术比较,本实用新型的优点是:1)由于保温水箱外壳与其内胆完全绝缘,即使出现电加热器漏电时,人体触及太阳热水器保温水箱外壳也不会触电;2)当太阳热水器遭到雷击时,雷击电流不会通过太阳热水器的管道、电线、信号线导入室内,以保障用户生命财产安全;3)提高太阳热水器保温水箱的保温性能。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种绝缘型太阳热水器保温水箱,其结构如图1所示,含有内胆,绝缘层,外壳,连接管道为金属管,其特征是该金属管与外壳之间设置一个绝缘圈,该金属管与内胆的内侧采用焊接密封。
实施例2:
另一种绝缘型太阳热水器保温水箱,其结构如图2所示,采用高热阻绝缘材料PPR制成的绝缘管取代金属管,在该PPR绝缘管与内胆之间设有一个密封圈。

1.一种绝缘型太阳热水器保温水箱,包括内胆(1),绝缘层(2),外壳(3),连接管道(4),其特征在于:当连接管道(4)为金属管道时,在该管道与外壳(3)之间设置一个绝缘圈(5),在该管道与内胆(1)的内侧处采用焊接密封;或者连接管道(4)采用绝缘管,在该绝缘管与内胆(1)之间设有密封圈(6)。
