本实用新型涉及一种蒸汽发生器，特别涉及一种餐饮用的蒸汽发生器。
背景技术
现在餐饮用的蒸汽柜，消毒柜，都是采用燃烧炉加一个盛水的器皿使其产生蒸汽。这样的蒸汽发生器，结构简单，但热效率低，上汽时间长，能源消耗大。也有用水箱里置一燃烧炉，但采用烟道直排，炉底直接连于水箱底部，容易造成燃烧器损坏，热效率低，加耐火材料，又增加了重量。
发明内容
本实用新型是克服现有蒸汽发生器的缺点，提供一种热效率高，上汽时间短，节省能源的小型蒸汽发生器。
本实用新型是通过如下措施实现上述目的的。
包含有水位控制器，水箱，燃烧室的蒸汽发生器，其主要特点是在水箱里架设有燃烧室和燃烧室排烟道，水箱的上部设有蒸汽出口，烟道出口，安全阀，燃烧室底部有夹水层，在水箱的正面设有火焰观察孔，壳体外侧置有水位控制器并与水箱连接。
本实用新型由于采用了燃烧室和烟道架设在水箱里，燃烧室底部有夹水层，无需耐火材料，烟道的余热又可再一次利用。结构新颖，能源利用率高，上汽时间短，适用于餐饮业的蒸柜，消毒柜，小型工业除锈、洗涤。

具体实施方式
由图2、图3可以看出，有一定量水的水箱5内架设有带燃烧室出口9的燃烧室7，燃烧室烟道8，燃烧室底部设有夹水层11，在水箱壳体5的上部设有蒸汽出口2，烟道出口3，安全阀4。为了余热的二次利用，燃烧室出口9连接烟道8且环绕燃烧室7安装，并与燃烧室处在同一水平面上。减少了水量，提高了产生蒸汽的速度。壳体外侧的水位控制器1连接水箱5，火焰观察孔6用于观察燃烧室火焰状况。

1、一种蒸汽发生器，包含有水位控制器(1)，燃烧室(7)和水箱(5)，其特征在于：水箱(5)里架设有燃烧室(7)，燃烧室排烟道(8)，水箱的上部设有蒸汽出口(2)，烟道出口(3)，安全阀(4)，燃烧室(7)底部有夹水层(11)，在水箱(5)的正面设有火焰观察孔(6)，壳体外侧置有水位控制器(1)与水箱(5)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述蒸汽发生器，其特征在于：燃烧室出口(9)连接烟道(8)且环绕燃烧室(7)安装，并与燃烧室(7)处在同一水平面上。
