Abstract

一种散热器扣具,与固定模组配合将散热器固定在印刷电路板上与发热电子元件接触,其包括一主体和一操作体,该主体具有一横梁,该横梁上设有连通两端的容置槽,该操作体端部枢接在该主体横梁中部,并可绕枢接点在垂直及水平二位置间转动,主体横梁两端的容置槽内各收容一扣脚,该扣脚枢接在横梁两端,其末端与固定模组配合,收容于容置槽中的扣脚部分的厚度大于容置槽宽度,扣脚与主体容置槽过盈配合而可在任意角度静止。本实用新型散热器扣具的扣脚可在任意角度静止,因而操作方便。

Description

散热器扣具
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种散热器扣具,特别是一种操作方便的散热器扣具。
【背景技术】
中央处理器是计算机的核心部件,它在运行过程中不断产生热量,从而引起自身温度升高,而温度过高则将影响其运行性能。因此必须及时排除中央处理器所产生的热量,使其温度控制在正常工作的范围内,业界通常在中央处理器上装设散热器辅助其散热。而为使其热量能够快速有效传导到散热器,需要散热器与中央处理器牢固而紧密接触,为此通常需要借助一扣具将散热器压紧在中央处理器表面。
为使散热器的固定快速方便、使其与中央处理器接合紧密且中央处理器所受的表面压力均匀,各种各样的扣具被应用于散热器的固定。如图1所示的一种散热器扣具90,其包括一呈“ㄇ”形的扣件91和枢设其中部上的手柄92,手柄92枢接的一端呈凸轮状,该扣件91具有一横梁93和沿该横梁93的两端向下延设的两扣脚94,每一扣脚94末端设有一扣钩95。一固定模组97设有四个角柱98,每一角柱98上形成与上述扣钩95对应的穿孔99。固定散热器(图未示出)时,将散热器置于固定模组97内,扣件91的横梁93位于散热器上,将扣件91两扣脚94的扣钩95对准固定模组97的穿孔99上,向下用力按压扣具90,使扣具90的两扣脚94弹性张开,扣钩95下滑至固定模组97的穿孔99时自动与穿孔99扣合,再转动手柄92引起扣件91向上提且扣脚94勾紧固定模组97,手柄92受反作用力其凸轮端压紧散热器,由于其利用凸轮原理将手柄92的转动转化为扣具向下的直线作用力,因此操作省力且无滑失的危险,但不难看出,向下用力按压扣具90,克服两扣脚94的弹性回复力使两扣脚94张开,其所施用的力量较大,难以控制力量的适度,当扣钩95到达穿孔99时两扣脚94突然弹性缩回,导致振动或撞击散热器而损坏中央处理器等电子元件,并且正因为向下按压的力量较大,使得操作者不仅费力而且容易发生操作失误,带来诸多操作不便之处,因此需对其结构作进一步的改良。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种操作方便的散热器扣具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型的散热器扣具,与固定模组配合将散热器固定在印刷电路板上与发热电子元件接触,其包括一主体和一操作体,该主体具有一横梁,该横梁上设有连通两端的容置槽,该操作体端部枢接在该主体横梁中部,并可绕枢接点在垂直及水平二位置间转动,主体横梁两端的容置槽内各收容一扣脚,该扣脚枢接在横梁两端,其末端与固定模组配合,收容于容置槽中的扣脚部分的厚度大于容置槽宽度,扣脚与主体容置槽过盈配合而可在任意角度静止。
本实用新型与先前技术相比具有如下优点:由于散热器扣具的扣脚与主体容置槽两侧板体过盈配合而可在任意角度静止,所以使用扣具时无需按压扣具,调整扣脚的位置即可,拆装省力,操作方便。
下面参照附图,结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。

【具体实施方式】
请同时参阅图2至图5,本实用新型散热器扣具20是通过与预设在印刷电路板70上的固定模组60配合,将一散热器10固定在印刷电路板70上并与中央处理器80紧密接触,辅助其散热。
上述固定模组60是一固定框架,其具有四角柱62,各角柱62上均设有扣孔64,其框架内可容纳散热器10。
上述散热器10具有一与中央处理器80接触的基板12和垂直于该基板12的若干个用以散发热量的平行散热鳍片14,在散热器10上方相对两侧分别形成有供安装上述扣具20的台阶部16。
上述扣具20包括一主体30和一操作体40。该主体30具有一横梁32和枢接在横梁32两端的二活动扣脚34,该横梁32设有连通两端的容置槽320且其中部上下贯通,该横梁32中部贯通的位置设有与容置槽320相通的第一枢孔322,该横梁32两端各向下弯折延伸,并设有与容置槽320相通的第二枢孔324。上述每一扣脚34具有一竖直部340,该竖直部340上端的相对两侧设有一对枢轴342,可通过该枢轴342与横梁32端部的第二枢孔324相配合而枢接于横梁32两端的容置槽320中,该竖直部340位于容置槽320中的板体厚度略大于容置槽320宽度,因此当扣脚34枢接于横梁32时,其与容置槽320过盈配合而具较大摩擦力,使扣脚34可围绕枢接点适度转动并可在任意角度上静止,该竖直部340下端具有一内弯的倒钩344,其可钩扣在固定模组60角柱62上的相应扣孔64内,另外,该扣脚34的竖直部340上端向外折出一手柄346。
上述操作体40呈杆状,其一端形成有一凸轮42,一杆状操作手柄44与该凸轮42相连,凸轮42两侧面设有枢接轴46,该操作体40通过枢接轴46和主体30的第一枢孔322配合而枢接在横梁32中部,对操作手柄44施力可使该操作体40绕枢接点在竖直位置和水平位置间转动,凸轮42的最低点位于枢接点下方,当操作体40旋转时,该凸轮42沿垂直方向的最低点和枢接点的距离发生变化,当操作体40位于竖直位置时,该距离最小,当操作体40位于接近水平位置时该距离最大。
使用扣具20时,先将上述二扣具20的扣脚34摆开并静止在一定角度上,然后分别放置在散热器10两侧的平台部16上,下摆其扣脚34使其倒钩344容置于固定模组60的扣孔64内,再通过旋转操作体40而产生一向下的压力,将散热器10压向中央处理器80,当操作体40即将到达水平位置时产生最大的抵顶力,使散热器10稳固地贴设在中央处理器80上。本实用新型的实施方式中,为使扣具20的操作体40在扣合位置上静止不随意摆动,可在操作手柄44和横梁32容置槽320内设置相对的凹凸结构(图未标号)。
本实用新型的实施方式中,为使扣具20操作更加方便,将上述二扣具20的操作手柄44的自由端通过一连杆相连接成“ㄇ”形,使二扣具20形成一体。
本实用新型的实施方式中,为使散热器扣具20的使用和运输更加方便,上述散热器10的平台部16上可进一步增设一板状承载部18,上述主体30横梁32两端下方连设一弹性抵靠部36,该抵靠部36中部两侧缘分别侧向延伸形成一卡片360。该承载部18上设有若干与上述散热器扣具20的抵靠部36卡片360相配合的卡位结构(图未标号),使散热器扣具20可与散热器10预先组装在一起。为使散热器10的散热效果更佳,上述承载部18上可进一步加装一风扇90。

Claims (9)

1.一种散热器扣具,与固定模组配合将散热器固定在印刷电路板上与发热电子元件接触,其包括一主体和一操作体,该主体具有一横梁,该横梁上设有连通两端的容置槽,该操作体端部枢接在该主体横梁中部,并可绕枢接点在垂直及水平二位置间转动,主体横梁两端的容置槽内各收容一扣脚,该扣脚枢接在横梁两端,其末端与固定模组配合,其特征在于:收容于容置槽中的扣脚部分的厚度大于容置槽宽度,扣脚与主体容置槽过盈配合而可在任意角度静止。
2.如权利要求1所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:上述横梁的中部上下贯通,该横梁中部贯通的位置设有与容置槽相通的第一枢孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:上述操作体呈杆状,其一端具有一凸轮,另一端为操作手柄,该凸轮两侧设有与上述横梁第一枢孔对应的枢轴。
4.如权利要求3所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:一连杆连接两扣具的操作手柄而呈“ㄇ”形。
5.如权利要求1所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:上述横梁两端各向下弯折延伸并设有与容置槽相通的第二枢孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:上述扣脚具有一竖直部,其上端形成枢轴而枢接在横梁两端的第二枢孔。
7.如权利要求1所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:上述扣脚下端具有一内弯的倒钩,可与固定模组勾扣。
8.如权利要求1所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:上述扣脚上端向外折出一手柄。
9.如权利要求1所述的散热器扣具,其特征在于:上述主体的横梁下方连设一弹性抵靠部,该抵靠部中部两侧缘分别侧向延伸形成一与散热器卡合的卡片。
