本实用新型涉及一种人或动物松质骨等骨折的固定器材,尤其是固定松质骨等骨折用的纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料可降解骨螺钉,包括有螺帽1、颈部2、螺杆3、螺丝钉4,其特征在于:螺帽的直径为0.1-2cm,螺丝钉直径为0.1-3.0cm,其螺帽1、颈部2、螺杆3、螺丝钉4均由弱结晶、非化学计量磷灰石与类胶原结构聚酸胺复合材料制成。本实用新型具有结构简单、使用方便,使患者免受再次手术的痛苦,有助于最大限度地恢复功能等优点。

纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料可降解骨螺钉
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种人或动物松质骨等骨折的固定器材,尤其是固定松质骨等骨折用的纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料可降解骨螺钉。
二、背景技术
目前,公知的松质骨骨折固定器材为普通螺钉和骨圆针或配合钢丝应用,固定松质骨骨折时,普通螺钉、钢丝留在皮下组织内,待取螺钉、钢丝时,需二次皮肤切开手术取除。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是设计一种能克服上述缺点的纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料可降解骨螺钉,它包括有螺帽、颈部、螺杆、螺丝钉,其特征在于:螺帽的直径为0.1-2cm螺丝钉直径为0.1-3.0cm,其螺帽、颈部、螺杆、螺丝钉均由弱结晶、非化学计量磷灰石(P-HA)与类胶原结构聚酸胺复合材料制作。
在原松质骨螺钉的基础上,采用材质为弱结晶、非化学计量磷灰石(p-HA)与类胶原结构聚酸胶(Pax)新复合材料。其弱结晶、非化学计量磷灰石(p-HA)[四川国纳科技有限公司生产]分子式为:
(Ca,Na)10-x(HPO4,CO3)x(PO4)1-X(CH,Cl)2-x·Nh2o
(0<X<1,n=1,2……)
类胶原结构聚酸胺(Pax)所述的新复合材料为高分子复合材料为带极性键的聚酰胺(PA66):分子式为
[NH(CH2)6NHCO(CH2)4CO]n
所述的新复合材料中用于磷灰石表面接枝的化学基团来自聚乙二醇(PEG):分子式为
[CH2-CH2-O]n
其中类胶原结构聚酸胺(PAX)可在体内逐渐吸收或浸蚀,终产物为CO2和H2O,对人体无害;弱结晶、非化学计量磷灰石(p-HA)可参与骨的代谢,而且它具有接骨稳定、骨愈合快、可生物降解特性。初步动物实验显示该材料具有良好的生物相容性、骨传导性和生物力学性能。可保证术后骨折端具有稳定性,有助于骨折愈合,有助于早期功能锻炼,由于有促进骨愈合,又可与人或动物的骨骼生长在一起的特点,而且可生物降降解,故可缩短病程,并使患者免受再次手术的痛苦,有助于最大限度地恢复功能。

五、具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料可降解骨螺钉,包括有螺帽1、颈部2、螺杆3、螺丝钉4,其特征在于:螺帽的直径为0.1-2cm螺丝钉直径为0.1-3.0cm,其螺帽1、颈部2、螺杆3、螺丝钉4均由弱结晶、非化学计量磷灰石与类胶原结构聚酸胺复合材料制成,螺钉的总长度为0.5cm-20cm。
根据反复动物实验,发现只有在上述范围内,本实用新型才有利于逐渐降解和被患者的骨骼吸收,骨螺钉过大会造成不能吸收或吸收缓慢,骨螺钉过少又达不到治疗、固定的目的。

1、一种纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料可降解骨螺钉,包括有螺帽(1)、颈部(2)、螺杆(3)、螺丝钉(4),其特征在于:螺帽的直径为0.1-2cm螺丝钉直径为0.1-3.0cm,其螺帽(1)、颈部(2)、螺杆(3)、螺丝钉(4)均由弱结晶、非化学计量磷灰石与类胶原结构聚酸胺复合材料制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料可降解骨螺钉,其特征在于:螺钉的总长度为0.5cm-20cm。
