Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种单端复合齿型迷宫螺旋泵,属通用工程设备技术领域。该泵是依靠齿型工作,目前该泵是单一齿型。该泵齿型可以设计为矩形、梯形和半圆形等。研究证明,每种齿型都具有独特的性能优势,但每种齿型都具有致命的不足。设计为复合齿型可以发挥每种齿型的性能优势。

Description

单端复合齿型迷宫螺旋泵
技术领域    本实用新型涉及一种单端复合齿型迷宫螺旋泵,属通用工程设备技术领域。
背景技术    目前,国内外设计的迷宫螺旋泵,专利号为ZL91219777.3,其结构如图1所示。被输送介质在电机1转动下,由泵进口法兰2流入安装在泵轴承座3上面的泵转子4和泵体5组成的工作腔体内,通过泵出口法兰6排除。
该泵是依靠齿型工作,目前该泵是单一齿型。由泵转子4和泵体5组成的工作腔体被称为迷宫螺旋体。在泵转子4外表面和泵体5内表面上分别布满了由单一齿型组成的多头螺纹,根据不同的设计要求,该泵齿型可以分别设计为矩形、三角形、梯形和半圆形等。
研究证明,每种齿型都具有独特的性能优势,但每种齿型都具有致命的不足。泵转子和泵体的设计是关键。
发明内容    本实用新型的目的是设计一种单端复合齿型迷宫螺旋泵。是将已有一种齿型的泵转子一部分螺纹,改为其他齿型螺纹并均布在泵转子上。此设计可以充分发挥每种齿型的性能优势,并能克服每种齿型特有的不足。
附图说明    图1是已有技术的结构示意图,图2是本实用新型的结构示意图。
具体实施方式    下面结合图1和图2附图介绍,1是泵电机、2是泵进口法兰、3是泵轴承座、4是泵转子、5是泵体、6是泵出口法兰。
具体介绍本实用新型的内容。是将图1已有一种齿型泵转子4的一部分螺纹,改为其他齿型螺纹并均布在泵转子4上。图2泵转子4是复合齿型。本实用新型的一个实施例齿型为三角形和半圆形螺纹复合组成。

1、一种单端复合齿型迷宫螺旋泵,包括泵电机、泵轴承座、泵体、泵转子、泵进口法兰和泵出口法兰,其特征在于泵转子的螺纹齿型由两种或两种以上齿型复合组成。
