Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种安装、拆卸方便，精度高，且强度亦高的门窗框的插接结构。包括侧框和与侧框成垂直设置的横框，关键是侧框和横框相交的外侧设有L型的固定板，侧固定栓通过外固定板的竖板的通孔和侧框的通孔(图中未示出)与侧框栓板连接，横框固定栓通过外固定板的横板的通孔和横框的通孔(图中未示出)与横框栓板连接。本实用新型结构相当简单，可大幅度提高框架的精度，确保侧框和横框保持垂直状态，可避免型材在焊接时烧蚀造成的精度下降及在粘接时的强度不够等诸多缺陷，使用、安装方便拆卸维修亦很方便，更便于统一规格与标准，以进行标准化生产与管理。

门窗框的插接结构
技术领域：
本实用新型属建材技术领域，特别是指门窗的框架的插接结构。
技术背景：
目前铝合金型材或塑钢型材已得到普遍的使用，尤为是在建筑物的门窗领域已大量取代木材或钢质门窗，而型材的连接是必然面临的技术问题。现有的如钢质型材的焊接，铝合金焊接或插接，塑钢型材的焊接，在实际安装或制作过程，尽管型材自身的平整度很高，但经切割和制作成框形后，仍然存在若干缺陷，例如框形的精度不高，安装不便，特别是难以在现场制作，随着使用一段时间，型材会有一定程度的变形，维修拆卸不便，且会形成相当的浪费，因此型材的连接是实际工程中必须要解决的问题。
发明内容：
本实用新型的发明目的是公开一种安装、拆卸方便，精度高，且强度亦高的门窗框的插接结构。
实现本实用新型的技术解决方案如下：包括侧框3和与侧框3成垂直设置的横框7，关键是侧框3和横框7相交的外侧设有L型的固定板9，侧固定栓1通过外固定板9的竖板的通孔和侧框3的通孔(图中未示出)与侧框栓板4连接，横框固定栓8通过外固定板9的横板的通孔和横框7的通孔(图中未示出)与横框栓板5连接。
本实用新型是通过外固定板9和栓板将侧框3和横框7固定连接在一起，该结构相当简单，可大幅度提高框架的精度，确保侧框3和横框7保持垂直状态，对侧框3和横框7的断边不要求有很高的精度，可避免型材在焊接时烧蚀造成的精度下降及在粘接时的强度不够等诸多缺陷，本实用新型使用、安装方便拆卸维修亦很方便，更便于统一规格与标准，以进行标准化生产与管理。

具体实施方式：
请参见图1～图2，本实用新型的具体实施例如下：包括侧框3和与侧框3成垂直设置的横框7，该侧框3和横框7可以为通常使用的型材，也可是特制截面结构的型材，特别是侧框3和横框7相交的外侧设有L型的固定板9，固定板9可以是利用模具精确制作的具90°夹角的特定部件，则可保证侧框3和横框7成垂直状态；侧固定栓1通过外固定板9的竖板的通孔和侧框3的通孔(图中未示出)与侧框栓板4连接，固定为一整体结构，横框固定栓8通过外固定板9的横板的通孔和横框7的通孔(图中未示出)与横框栓板5连接。
为进一步提高强度，在外固定板9的横板上有插柱10，相应的侧框3一表面设有相应的型孔11，则侧框3的型孔11可与上述的插柱10插入设置，以提高结合的强度与精度。
所述的侧框3上的型孔11为两个，设于侧框3的边缘，则两型孔11之间形成一沟槽，沟槽内设有一侧框衬钢板2，侧框衬钢板2与外固定板9之间为侧框栓板4，侧固定栓1通过外固定板9的竖板和侧框衬钢板2与侧框栓板4连接，由于增加了侧框衬钢板2，可大大增加结构强度。
所述的横框7下部设有一矩形槽，槽内设有一中空的横框衬钢6，槽壁的下端与横框衬钢6下边缘延伸端相咬合，中空的横框衬钢6内置有横框栓板5；横框固定栓8与横框栓板5连接，则可将内置有横框衬钢6的横框整体固定，则可进一步增加框架的横向承载力。
所述的外固定板9的横板上表面上设有定位柱12，相应的横框衬钢6的对应位置设有可使定位柱12插入的定位孔13，使安装精度、结构强度进一步提高。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，标准化程度高，为新一代的门窗框架的结构。

Claims (5)

1.一种门窗框的插接结构，包括侧框(3)和与侧框(3)成垂直设置的横框(7)，其特征在于侧框(3)和横框(7)相交的外侧设有L型的固定板(9)，侧固定栓(1)通过外固定板(9)的竖板的通孔和侧框(3)的通孔与侧框栓板(4)连接，横框固定栓(8)通过外固定板(9)的横板的通孔和横框(7)的通孔与横框栓板(5)连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的插接结构，其特征在于外固定板(9)的横板上有插柱(10)，相应的侧框(3)一表面设有相应的型孔(11)，侧框(3)的型孔(11)与上述的插柱(10)插入设置。
3.按权利要求2所述的插接结构，其特征在于侧框(3)上的型孔(11)为两个，设于侧框(3)的边缘，则两型孔(11)之间形成一沟槽，沟槽内设有一侧框衬钢板(2)，侧框衬钢板(2)与外固定板(9)之间为侧框栓板(4)，侧固定栓(1)通过外固定板(9)的竖板和侧框衬钢板(2)与侧框栓板(4)连接。
4.按权利要求1或2或3所述的插接结构，其特征在于横框(7)下部设有一矩形槽，槽内设有一中空的横框衬钢(6)，槽壁的下端与横框衬钢(6)下边缘延伸端相咬合，中空的横框衬钢(6)内置有横框栓板(5)，横框固定栓(8)与横框栓板(5)连接。
5.按权利要求4所述的插接结构，其特征在于外固定板(9)的横板上表面上设有定位柱(12)，相应的横框衬钢(6)的对应位置设有可使定位柱(12)插入的定位孔(13)。
