电极孔水冷护套，属电弧炉电极孔护套的设计与制造技术领域。用于电弧炉生产中防止电极孔被击穿。本实用新型是根据电极孔径设计。护套本体为圆形，在本体上部带有出水管，下部有进水管，底部带有固定板和绝缘垫。它的安装是用固定螺母将水冷护套固定在炉盖上。由于水冷护套与电极之间较为紧密，所以减少了炉内微尘的外逸，保护了环境和作业条件。又能防止炉内热量散失，节省了能源。从而克服了现有产品不易安装，熔融部分易往炉内掉渣污染炉内液体的弊病。本产品又带有绝缘垫和绝缘板，可有效地防止水冷护套与电极摩擦导电击坏炉盖。

本实用新型属电弧炉电极孔水冷护套的设计与制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前，在电弧炉的设计中没有考虑到电极孔与电极之间的孔隙的问题，只是考虑到电极孔的设计要与石墨电极之间留有适当的间距，以免电极碰到电极孔，把电极孔击漏而影响生产，但即使这样石墨电极击穿电极孔的事故也经常发生。所以生产厂家不得不采取措施，做一些非金属材质的电极孔护套。比如刚玉、锆刚玉等材质的护套。但这种护套不好固定。电极的升降会使护套贴近电极，已被高温熔融的部位也随之上下起落，并有一些料渣掉入炉内，污染炉内的液体，并且更换频繁既影响生产，又浪费资金。目前还没有与本实用新型相同的产品在生产实际中应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一个理想的解决电极孔易被打漏的保护装置。这种装置既能防止电极孔被打漏，减少电极孔孔径过大损失炉内热量，又能有效防止大量微尘从电极和电极孔之间的空隙选出，污染环境又影响产品质量。且不用频繁更换，既提高电炉运行率、减轻劳动强度，又节约材料、降低成本。
本实用新型的结构如附图所示：在水冷护套的上部有一出水管，下部有一进水管。在水冷护套的下部有三个固定板，固定板上带有固定螺母，螺母下部有云母绝缘垫。本实用新型的使用方法是：将其安装在电弧炉炉盖电极孔上部，水冷护套孔略小于电极孔。这祥，水冷护套就对于电极有一个限制扶正的作用。电极的升降会由于水冷护套扶正，而不会碰到电极孔。另外，由于还有绝缘垫和绝缘板，可防止水冷护套与电极摩擦导电击坏炉盖。由于水冷护套与电极之间较为紧密，所以大大减少了炉内微粉的逸出，保护环境。同时又有效地减少了炉内热量的损失。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，是一种理想的电极孔保护装置。

在水冷护套本体(6)的上部有一出水管(2)。在本体下部有一进水管(1)。护套本体为圆形。在护套本体下部带有固定板(7)。固定板上部带有紧固螺母(5)。在螺母下部带有绝缘垫(3)。在固定板下部带有绝缘板(4)。
