背景技术：
厨房用的菜刀是家居的必备工具，切肉、切菜离不开它。现有的菜刀是由刀把和刀身组成的，其中刀身的两面均为平面。现有菜刀的缺点在于：当用菜刀切肉、或者切黄瓜、萝卜等蔬菜时，切下来的东西会粘在刀身上，当刀身粘的切物到一定程度，切物就会被后切下的东西顶得不可控制地到处乱滚，给切菜带来不便。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是，提供一种不粘切物的菜刀，该菜刀的特点为：不会将切物粘在刀身上。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种不粘切物的菜刀由刀把和刀身组成，特征在于：在刀身的左边或者右边沿离刀刃15～25毫米处有一凸条，凸条靠刀刃一边为凹曲线，与刀身平滑连接。
本实用新型的优点是：不会将所切的东西粘在刀身上。凸条在刀身的左边供左手用刀者使用，凸条在刀身的右边供右手用刀者使用。

2、根据权利要求1所述的一种不粘切物的菜刀，其特征在于，所述的凸条(3)最厚处的厚度为4～6毫米，宽度为15～25毫米，凸条(3)的一半宽度为波浪形，处于靠刀背一边，另一半宽度为为凹曲线，凹曲线一边与波浪形平滑连接，另一边与刀身平滑连接。
