本实用新型涉及一种花键轴,特别是一种通过冷锻精密成形的花键轴。
背景技术:
目前,花键轴通常是用铣削或滚削工艺制成的。从结构来说(见图1),它分为花键段和圆轴段,且均为实心。采用这种工艺一方面容易使其弯曲变形,难以保证加工质量;另一方面,产品比较重、刚才损耗大;成品强度低,由于切削加工直径过渡处易断裂,整体易变形,扭矩承受能力低。

本实用新型要提供一种花键轴,解决现有花键轴产品比较重、刚才损耗大;成品强度低,由于切削加工直径过渡处易断裂,整体易变形,扭矩承受能力低等的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种花键轴,包括花键段和圆轴段,其特征在于:该花键轴的圆轴段呈空心状。
该空心状圆轴段的内径与外径之比为2∶5-3∶4。
藉上述结构,本实用新型的优点是:
1、花键轴通过冷锻精密成形,圆轴段呈空心状,成形效率高,一致性好,显著降低了耗材及成品重量。
2、花键轴采用大变形量精锻成形,由于坯件整体经过挤压流动变形,金属流线连续,且在直径过渡处被压缩,因而成品抗疲劳折断能力及整体强度大大提高。

请参阅图2,它是本实用新型花键轴的结构示意图。如图所示:该花键轴包括花键段1和圆轴段2,该冷锻精密成形的花键轴的圆轴段2呈空心状。左、右花键轴的圆轴段2可通过摩擦焊的形式焊接于一无缝钢管3的两端,使得产品牢固可靠,不易变形,扭矩承受能力显著增强。
该空心状圆轴段2的内径与外径之比为2∶5-3∶4。
